- Everyone was so welcoming
- Second time visiting, returning there was like visiting old friends. our butler took care of everything we needed from reservations to specific room requests while Ishmael made sure we always had a great time at the pool. I'll definitely be back!

- Food was not good, also we felt we had to leave large tips just to get service. Also, no restaurants were open for breakfast with a view. We paid for club level but did not receive access to these restaurants because they were not at capacity

The room at club level had 2 bathrooms
Food was not good, also we felt we had to leave large tips just to get service. Also, no restaurants were open for breakfast with a view. We paid for club level but did not receive access to these restaurants because they were not at capacity
