All guests staying in one of our Elegance Club Rooms must be over the age of 18. Our Elegance Club offers an adults-only experience (18 years +) with private pool and beach areas, private VIP Lounges. When traveling with children, please enter their ages correctly. Children aged 2–12 years pay the applicable child rate, while Teenagers aged 13–17 years pay the applicable adult rate. Rates are calculated per person, per night and are not based on the room’s maximum occupancy. Any additional guest will incur an extra charge, subject to the applicable rates and conditions at the time of the update. If the guest is paying by credit card, the cardholder must be present during check-in time. Please be aware that 3rd Party Payments are not allowed, this includes corporate cards. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the total amount for your stay. No refund will apply for hotel services used during the day or not used or not consumed. When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
