Beach was nice, good service.

Condition of the hotel didn’t really reflect the rating, same with the food and night life.

Second time visiting, returning there was like visiting old friends. our butler took care of everything we needed from reservations to specific room requests while Ishmael made sure we always had a great time at the pool. I'll definitely be back!

The room at club level had 2 bathrooms

Food was not good, also we felt we had to leave large tips just to get service. Also, no restaurants were open for breakfast with a view. We paid for club level but did not receive access to these restaurants because they were not at capacity

Beach party

Cleanliness of the room, cleanliness of the pool, only half the staff seemed happy and friendly, lack of attention to detail in decor and pretty much everything.

The beach was beautiful and the food was descent

Hard to find coffee in the morning. There was limited shaded areas on the beach. If you wanted shade you wanted a shady spot you had to be on the beach by 6.30 AM. Loud activities on beach, not ideal for reading a book.

The ambiance, the incredibly nice staff. The spacious pool, and of course having the incredible beach and ocean at arms length.

Yes, unfortunately my room was in the first building, first floor, adjacent to the entertainment lounge at the Majestic Colonial. The entertainment/noise/music went on late every night making it difficult to sleep. Karaoke night was the worst.

Adult side was great. Employees were great and always willing to help.

Food was okay. International buffet, See and Sea, and 9 Doors were the best food in the resort. Pools could use a little care, tiles were missing and falling off while walking in pool. No doors in rooms that separate beds from bathroom area.

Beautiful grounds and landscaping. Very nice room and great entertainment.

Food was not quite up to expectations

The beach, pools, and events were great.

The food is terrible. They re-heat their food. They re-heated/microwave the lobster, mashed potatoes. My friends and I all got diarrhea.

Excellent restaurants for dinner. Beach is very nice. Good nightly entertainment. The resort is getting old but it is very clean

Tough to get chairs on the beach in the adults only area. Tough to get dining reservations. Drinks at the bar at the Elegance club beach were very weak

Family Friendly

This is not the pre-COVID Majestic. This was our third stay at the property, but our first since COVID. It just misses on everything. Things are just run down. The staff was not as friendly; They run power tool (leaf blower, pressure washer).

The resort was very cleaned. This includes the property and rooms.

They didn't provide straws but it was a quick fix when I bought a cup with a straw. They didn't provide enough towels and wash cloths. We was a group of 3 and was only provided with 2 wash cloth so we would have to call or look for housekeeping.

Friendly staff, good choices for meals. Nightly entertainment.

I have stayed here three separate occasions in the past three months. I booked anywhere from 5-7 day stays. On two occasions my work schedule changed and I was forced to shorten my stay. Both time Was not allowed to alter reservation.

Staff and employees are very friendly and helpful. 6 restaurants to choose from.

Pool water was very warm and needs maintenance. Some restaurants can not accommodate large groups to sit together. Our group was 19 people. We experienced this at the steakhouse and Japanese restaurants.

The nightly entertainment was the best experience during my stay.

The check in process was not easy and I did not see the maid until my last day.

I loved the staff and especially the entertainment staff. The water aerobics and beach party were so fun! The beach water sport staff members not employed by majestic but on the beach were so nice and helpful. Not a lot of English but they did great!

It needed more ceiling fans and air circulation In restaurants and buffets. It was very humid which was to be expected but even the restaurants at night were less than air conditioned. Some fans in the outdoor theater were not working.

I had a good time that¿s about all I can say

The distance you have to walk from one area to the next you¿re not offered any type of scooter bike I got to wrap one as far as I was from all of the attractions I shouldn¿t of had to rent one I should¿ve gotten one for free or at least half price

It was clean and large. Service was superb. The food and drinks were plenty and enjoyable. The beach was amazing with many activities. Overall it was an unforgettable experience.

The food was not very good. Most food at the buffet was cold or out. Steakhouse was the cutest place but the food was pretty bad. Italian restaurant was delicious! The sea restaurant was good.
