Pros +
- The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly.
- The rooms and the grounds are maintained at the highest level. Every member of the staff from check-in to groundskeepers, were extremely friendly and helpful.
- Quiet, very peaceful. Pools were clean and had plenty of chairs around them. Onsite restaurant was very good and the entire staff was extremely helpful.
Cons -
- The concierge did not speak to us since we checked in. We had no communication with him at all. I don't eat pork and that was practically the only meat available for breakfast. Also the wifi went out after a few days.
- There is some confusion on the name of the property. Garden Suites by Melia and The Reserve at Paradisus. The van from the airport didn't know where to take us. The outdoor signage now says Garden Suites. The check-in staff didn't see our reservation.
- The problem is they dont tell you that the hotel is not the one next to the beach since that one is being rebuilt. They are the ones who scheduled dinner restaurant, so you have to adecquate to their booking.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly.
