Great location, clean and friendly staff.
Was on the road side and it was noisy all night, which is no fault of theirs. Next time I will request a room on the back side of the hotel.

The room was clean. The check in and out was easy and the staff was courteous.
The breakfast was very minimal. Yogurt, toast, waffles station, oatmeal, and hostess crumbs cakes. I was expecting something other than sweet options, like eggs, meat and bagels with cream cheese.

Clean, comfortable rooms! Price was very good.
Facility was informed before 11:00 AM 1st floor was preferred. Stopped by the facility before our event to let them know our check in would be late, after 7:00 PM, and 1st floor preferred due to one of our party having difficulty with stairs. On arrival all room were upstairs, no elevator. Fortunately, 2 other guest helped her navigate the stairs. Rooms were on one hall, but not together. Staff was not friendly. Affect of total disinterest. He made no attempt to meet our earlier requests. Also, rethink your curtains, they do not cover the windows adequately to keep the Sun from waking a person at sunrise, 2 hours before the alarm.

Rooms and housekeeping did a great job in keeping the room clean. Beds were comfy. Good breakfast. Waffles were good!

Great location. Husband had to have surgery next morning @ Mercy Hospital in Washington Mo...Room was clean & comfortable & the TV was great! Staff was friendly & courteous. Thank you.
