The Room and the pools

I didnt like all the food selections and they could be more courteous

Food except the Mexican restaurant

We had a cockroach in our place along with a lot more creatures. Hot Tub shade was broken. Never received peanuts treats except for the first day. Minimum coffee refills received even after we left a note and tip...

Location was great

After one day they charge you per day to use the kids pool. The food was horrible. Very difficult language barrier.

The room was pretty nice as well as the hottub, the pool, and the beach.

The WiFi was horrible throughout the hotel, the food was awful, the staff were gave incorrect information on their own facilities and offerings, the drinks were not great, upcharge for everything including towels, and the attitude of the staff was low.

A hotel did not have working elevators during my stay. I think they only worked about three days out of seven. Update your hotel!

Smell close to sport bar make it impossible to stay there, too many staff that didn�t even look at you, people reserve chairs with towels for many hours without being there and make it imposible to find available ones

The beach was nice and it?s close proximity to the airport.

This resort was awful. It needs a deep cleaning and major upgrades. The rooms are extremely outdated and many things do not work from the ACs to the broken doors. It was absolutely awful. Our rooms were full of roaches and ants.

A lot of things the food from the steak house, my ribs were super hard and the meat didn?t even came off the bone I couldn?t eat it because the fork would get stuck on the meat. the bedrooms smelled horrible like mildew.. the toilet had issues flushing.

The sewer smell, the issue with the front lobby, them putting us at a third floor without elevator with an infant in a stroller, the issue with pricing and checking.

The customer service in the buffet (restaurant) the personal is very helpful and friendly.

Many things to do as a family. Having open pools for everyone and adults pools only.Great food selections and nightly entertainment. Enjoyed the trolley for transportation around the large resort. Plenty of bars outside for refreshing drinks.

Did not like the fact to to use a luggage scale for a fee. The villa suite needs a partition for privacy between the shower and bathroom and sleeping area for dressing. My small fridge worked on and off. Also, the beds should be adult queen size.

False advertising, no one speaks English as advertised, the food was awful. Everyone was incredibly rude. The excursions were a joke at best and completely over priced

Nice and well maintained hotel, staff is attentive and for the most part polite.

Quality of food? It¿s just awful, and lacks of snacks and drinks bars by the beach areas, so if you think you are going to get a drink or anything to eat near the beach area, think twice before you book, or you will end up disappointed as well!

I love that the hotel staff was very polite and have great customer service. I love all that was available, such as the food,the different activities; bowling, casino, a party boat, buggy excursion and lots more to do. I will be back before 2024 ends.

As a premium guest, I never received my towels for the beach

The hotel overall and the rooms were immaculate! We had a panoramic suite and it was exactly like the pictures from the website. We had premium check in and made all of our dinner reservations right from the premium check in desk. We loved our stay!

A lot of activities, most of them cost extra though

Service is slow, waiters in the buffet do not speak English. Dirty plates and utensils in the buffet. Food is not very good, if you are a foodie do not go there.

Courteous staff, excellent location, fantastic amenities, very kids-friendly... Superb facilities, definitely exceeded our expectations

Choice of vegetarian food (small nit)

I loved the Japanese restaurant. I loved hotel lobby/checkin process. There were a lot of food options. I enjoyed the jacuzzi in the balcony. My kids loved the kid pool/play area.

I could have used a sliding door for privacy while in the shower. Also dinner reservations at the restaurant of your choice were hard to come by. Disappointed that there was not a nightly dinner show.
