- The concierge, bell staff, room service, and our housekeeping representative Guadalupe provided excellent customer service and assistance. Everyone was very cordial and informative.

- The food wasn¿t very good. I understand it¿s all inclusive but it could have been fresher, warmer and more flavorful.
- Some restaurants were not opened and the staff moved without notification. For the size of the resort, I felt there should have been more variety of restaurants and food choices. There was no bacon!

The decor was picture-worthy. The margarita frappes were outstanding. Great VIP treatment. Awesome vistas from the 20th floor. Delectable pasta was prepared in front of you on an outside stove. FUSION night entertainment was amazing.
Poor buffet selections in the Windows restaurant(no bacon...) The Italian restaurant Demarios was not open and the staff was moved to another location without any notification. People were smelling their food at the Blue Lagoon and didn't eat it.
