The food wasn¿t very good. I understand it¿s all inclusive but it could have been fresher, warmer and more flavorful.

The concierge, bell staff, room service, and our housekeeping representative Guadalupe provided excellent customer service and assistance. Everyone was very cordial and informative.

Some restaurants were not opened and the staff moved without notification. For the size of the resort, I felt there should have been more variety of restaurants and food choices. There was no bacon!

The decor was picture-worthy. The margarita frappes were outstanding. Great VIP treatment. Awesome vistas from the 20th floor. Delectable pasta was prepared in front of you on an outside stove. FUSION night entertainment was amazing.

Poor buffet selections in the Windows restaurant(no bacon...) The Italian restaurant Demarios was not open and the staff was moved to another location without any notification. People were smelling their food at the Blue Lagoon and didn't eat it.

My husband and I chose this hotel to celebrate his birthday and our first wedding anniversary, which fall on the same week, and we did not regret it! We loved the hotel, its facilities, the staff, the food, everything! From the moment we arrived til the moment we left, we felt so relaxed and happy, and we were treated exceptionally! We would love to stay here again in the future!

The only thing that we weren't very satisfied with was the Wi-Fi. We couldn't connect to it because it was always saturated, but we didn't really need it because we had already decided to use our phones minimally, so it wasn't a huge problem. It instead helped us stay off the internet.

We have been to many locations in Mexico. This is by far the most beautiful! It's on a lovely beach and across the street from every kind of shopping, as well as great restaurants, though if one opts for "All Inclusive," they wouldn't be needed. The surrounding neighborhood is clean, "upscale," with nice sidewalks, bike paths, marina, dolphinarium, etc. The staff is competent, friendly, always eager to please. Any minor issues we had were resolved within minutes. The food is fresh and delicious, with a great variety of offerings. We loved the fact that we didn't have to make reservations for the specialty restaurants as we have at so many others. Most of the places we've been do not offer a very good wine; this one does! And true to their word, everything is included - no hidden charges. We definitely plan to return, and would recommend it to anyone, from young families with children, to active retirees like ourselves, and everyone in between!

Friendly, welcoming staff...good quality of food (especially the specialty restaurants) and vast drink selection (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks). Beautiful beach and pool area...hotel very clean! We would definitely return!

Beds were a little hard from what I am accustomed, but they worked fine for the week's vacation.
