Rooms are nice and practical! Restaurant is lovely but for a award winning restaurant much to noise

The “spa” Oasen is not worth anything, the so called swimming pool is 12m, but still the best because the sauna and shower are in the cellar really old and creepy

The overall experience was great, we were welcomed @ the door by a friendly staff member.The check in went smooth, the facilities explained.It looks and is luxurious but as a casual traveller I didn't feel unwelcome or uncomfortable. A very friendly an open atmosphere.The room was good, clean and comfortable.The breakfast was exquisite.

The address for the hotel does not work when you use Google maps or interlink as your navigation systeem. I told the staff member and the're working on it.Make an announcement under the contact tab on the website that to get to the hotel they need to use a ..... Intead of the official address.This coordinate worked for me. 57.020179,9.902920

The beds were comfortable, staff was nice and liked the atmosphere of the lobby (nothing fancy, but nice)Got a free upgrade to superior standard room

The room doesn’t come with refrigerator, safe box or air conditioning. The room was warm, and the windows didn’t have mesh on them to prevent mosquitoes, so opening them was not an option. There was a live spider on the ceiling. Also, bathroom towels and toilet papers were not on sight, so we discovered them later when we opened the bathroom drawer 3 hours before checking out

Clear instructions and smooth check in and check out, friendly staff, good restaurant, clean room, pool and sauna easily available.

Nice apartment but the stairs to it were steep could also do with a bit more lighting outside where apartment was situated around the back.The pool and sauna facilities were great my husband really enjoyed going in the pool each morning. The hotel does have parking but had to park near front entrance a couple of times because the main carpark was full with several vans belonging to work men .

Nicer than expected. (Not a Best Western as suggested by our Sat Nav!) The restaurant is very good - quite fancy! Room has everything you need. Convenient for a stop off when coming off the ferry from Norway. Parking good.

Location not good for just going out for a walk etc but very convenient for the motorway.

In general the hotel is lovely. The staff makes the hotel, fantastic staff

There were constructions in and around hotel. They start making noises around 7am in the morning which is a nuisance to the customers. Hence i put poor for facility.

Location great and rooms are warm and relaxing.

Bed mattress very firm - not the most comfortable.

No extra socket by the side bed table, older bathroom with not much light in the shower once you close the curtain

The room was very quiet and clean. We had a late check in and we could open the door with a code we got via SMS. The hotel even called me to make sure we got it. Everything went very smoothly. Parking is free on the property. The pool and spa opened early so I got a nice swim and sauna in the morning to start my day fully energized. 10/10

It would be easier to find my room if they also texted me the letter of our building. Luckily the staff was helpful!

The staff was really helpful. The pillows were really good. Bed was okay.

My first room was infested with mosquitoes. There was also subpar cleaning and a horrible smell, the room was disgusting. I got a new room right away though, which was better. The rooms does not have ceiling lights in the living room. Very wierd. Also very old furniture and furnishings overall. The restroom faucit was broken and sprayed water everywhere. Cobwebs at several places. Floor was dirty. Super expensive breakfast thats not included. Price of the room does not match the standard at all.

Nice property with the accommodation built around the courtyard with plenty of free parking right outside your door. Excellent evening meal overlooking the garden with good service and choice of menu. Comfortable bed and clean linens with plenty of towels. Excellent bus service from both the front and back of the hotel into Aalborg

We were in room 98 on the corner. It had a huge sunny bathroom but the main room was very dark and you needed the lights on. We overlooked a small outside storage area where on occasion smokers would gather. However as soon as they saw us they left.

Clean, comfortable room. On site parking, handy when arriving by car. The hotel offers various facilities we did not even use. Various tea is offered in the room.

Check in and out happens with codes, it felt a bit impersonal. A bit far from the town center.

The peace and quiet

The size of the room. it was much smaller than another small double at the hotel.

Food in the restaurant was good. Pretty outlook from the terrace.

So many missed opportunities. We stayed 6 nights during the Grand Fondo cycle race and were really disappointed with the hotel’s lack of planning for this event. Firstly, breakfast wasn’t available early race day (it should have been offered for. 6am), secondly there was a wedding on the eve of the race so no dinner option available. The hotel could have offered a simple pasta and salad option outside for the athletes. And finally, the restaurant was closed Sunday evening with many hungry athletes in house. Many restaurants opened in town especially, why couldnt the hotel have factored this in? Missed revenue opportunities to say the least, let alone the disappointing service. Rooms are small with no mini bar fridge. You need to request cleaning of your room, but no one explains this on check in. Breakfast options are limited. Most of the staff slow and unattentive. Dinner is expensive with limited options.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable and quiet, excellent breakfast, beautiful pool and sauna, very kind staff. Everything was great. The restaurant is very refined and excellent.

They could maybe clean the room more often.

Rooms are ok

Profit-only attitude. Booked to join the World championship road cycling in Aalborg. The hotel was booked out with mostly cyclists. The evening before the race they closed the restaurant for guests as they had a private wedding scheduled…no food tonight sorry. The finish was on Sunday around 13 or somewhat later, briefed in advance I would be late for check out. No problem. On the day at 1330 I got a chasing call and when I checked out at 1430 I was forced to pay a full night extra, a great hotel would have offered an additional small fee or just have waived it….Oh and don’t expect anything from the breakfast, it will be the bare minimum. I’d say look elsewhere for a welcome stay. (Surely if any hotel response here it will say what their policy says…well…)

Staff were absolutely fab, friendly, helpful, patient, all of them were excellent. Nice bar area and great restaurant

Booking claim to give discount, but refrence/ ordinary price i higher than room including breakfast, but discountedprice is without breakfast . Will book direcly next time…
