The cleanliness and noise levelof this hotel was not great at all. I'm glad I brought my own cleaning supplies. There was beard shavings on the towels and toothpaste on the counter. The noisy tour buses idling at 7:30am outside our window.

We loved the laid-back feel where kids could be kids and not have staff complaining, it?s the only place we?ve stayed where kids could play kick ball! The staff were extremely helpful, especially the maintenance man.

My room was dirty and had holes in the wall and the heat/ac unit kept tripping out. The coffee pot had old grounds dried out and molded. They threatened to kick us out if our service dog was an issue. Very rude staff. The pool is closed. We left early.

There was a smell of cannabis during my entire stay in the lobby and in the hallways. There were guests folding laundry in the lobby of the hotel when I arrived, I found that odd. I needed to iron a shirt, my iron was damaged and did not work.

The cleanliness and noise levelof this hotel was not great at all. I'm glad I brought my own cleaning supplies. There was beard shavings on the towels and toothpaste on the counter. The noisy tour buses idling at 7:30am outside our window.

This hotel was wicked dirty, I had to change rooms 2 times. Also there was no information about the water park not being part of the hotel. It was in all the photos like it was their pool. Not 80$ more to use it per person

We loved the laid-back feel where kids could be kids and not have staff complaining, it?s the only place we?ve stayed where kids could play kick ball! The staff were extremely helpful, especially the maintenance man.
