The situation was further worsened by an unpleasant, damp odor pervading the area. Overall, our experience with this hotel was quite distressing and far from satisfactory.

Light was out above bathroom sink and bathroom fan didn't work. Safe in room was broken.
At the hotel, we encountered an issue with water not draining properly. Furthermore, the ventilation fan in the bathroom was inoperative, resulting in a stifling atmosphere in the room. The situation was further worsened by an unpleasant, damp odor smell
