Pros +
- The amenities and everything the suite had to offer.
- The suites were clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff friendly.
- Good location, free parking, great breakfast, large rooms.
Cons -
- Compromised quality: 1) Inferior paper products (tissues, toilet paper). I had to buy my own. (2) Serious shortcomings at the breakfast service! During my 2 weeks, they ran out of plates, bowls, food. Oatmeal cooked only once a week--turned into glop.
- The carpets in the room were old, very worn, not the cleanest. The bed was very hard. TVs were old, lagged terribly, couldn't hardly change the channel.
- Our room (106) smelled strongly of cat pee, dishwasher did not work, kitchen counter was sticky. This room needs a deep cleaning. Breakfast was mediocre at best & I am not picky. Breakfast staff lady was rude & was visually bothered by the crowd.
