the bartender was awesome. The food was good our server Cruz was funny. The rooms and swim up pools were nice.

They were doing some major renovations so half the resort was closed. The beach was horrible you could not get into the water. We were without hot water for two days. Not a lot of entertainment options after the pool closed

Staff was great. Food was great. Property was amazing. Swim up bars were great.

No warm water for showers and bathtub. After maintenance looked at it the water temperature did increase, but still too cold for an ideal shower. We were told that?s the temperature everyone has. Not true. We asked several other guests, they had hot.

The food and room.

The construction going on, a lot of things were close, the road to the hotel was really bad and with a rental was not good at all. It's announced as a resort but did not seem like a resorts. We left after one night.

The best pools! The rooms very clean! If you don?t care about the ocean or sand then this hotel is for you.

This hotel had not a good or clean beach. It was the smallest beach I seen and the water was very dirty. Also the night entertainment shows were hideous and boring.

The rain really showed the hotels age. It rained a lot so anywhere you went. It was seeping through the ceiling. Even in the restaurants people were slipping everywhere.

The staff was great, except for one person.

the consierge hotel employee was awful and literally wouldn¿t talk to us after we said we wouldn¿t do a time Share presentation. It definitely wasn¿t a 4 star resort, and the beach was literally inswimmable and not blue.

The food was fantastic. The service was great. The yoga/workout instructor Jorge was great.

That part of the coast is having a lot of seaweed wash up on shore. The beach and ocean was not as nice as some places.

It was very clean and the staff knowledgeable and friendly

The NOISE! They run carts by my door at 11 at night, at 6 in the morning - sounded like a freight train going through - no sleep to be had.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Property was clean and well maintained.

Food was mediocre. Restaurant choices limited. Beach in front of hotel clean, the ocean color is brown, murky and not good for swimming and enjoying a day at the beach.

The restaurant dinner options were GREAT considering the price paid for the hotel, I was impressed. Service was impecable and all staff was really nice and helpful. The rooms were large and very comfortable, spa jacuzzi was great fun for our family.

Lunch and Breakfast buffet was not amazing, although it had great fresh produce. The protein options were basic and some of the food was repetitive during our stay. Small children play options limited, expected more.

The room was nice.

You can only book restaurant reservations through the concierge for that day. They have limited hours, so if you want to go on a tour or check in after 4, you will miss the chance to book a restaurant. The buffet was not great. No shuttle to airport.

The staff and service was amazing The food was Great, many options for everyone. The environment was relaxing and peaceful.

The location was far from things to do outside the resort. If you want to go shopping or night clubs. I recommend getting a rental because taxi are any where from $50USD-$100 USD one way depends on where you want to go.

Our suite was excellent, it even smelled amazing. The pools and facilities were also very clean. The grounds were well maintained. The pool staff were very attentive.

Front desk service was sub-par. Called about COVID tests, but failed to mention they only test @9am, results take 24 hrs. So we got rapid test by their Dr, cost >$100USD per person. Didn't get all results by email, took 3 hrs to track down staff to help.

Well it was what you¿d expect of an all inclusive hotel. Very crowded, very loud and very understaffed. However, the staff was trying very hard with what they had and making every effort to fulfill the needs of many.

Hire more staff.

I like that the hotel was clean, the view was amazing and the food was amazing.

I didnt like front desk staff. When you ask them for something they say with my pleasure but never show up. Hotel employee made me sign a paper saying the pool party I signed up for will be taken out of my card but when I got to the front desk I had to pay.
