Very Good
Review summary
The hotel is praised for its excellent, central location with easy access to public transportation, attractions, and numerous nearby dining options. Many guests find the rooms spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, and staff are consistently described as friendly, helpful, and professional. However, cleanliness is a significant concern for some, with reports of dirty carpets, bathrooms, and linens, alongside occasional noise and outdated furnishings.

The hotel was in a perfect location, the lobby area was beautiful, tasteful decorated for Christmas. The room didn’t have a frigid or microwave that was a pain, we called the front desk to see if we could get one. We had to change room because we needed a handicap room. The shower was not a walk in. The rooms were clean, but there was not enough furniture and they were old. The bed was not comfortable.
Light furniture, old rooms, appliances missing, uncomfortable bed, and no free breakfast.

The location is great with easy commute to downtown. There are decent food options close by. The hotel provides laundrette service which is an added bonus. The staff are very polite and helpful.

I was able to find a reasonable rate very last minute. Staff was very polite.
Towels were rough, but did the job. Honestly, everything else was great.

The cleanliness of my room.
My room was situated near a storage i think and it was opened and closed. It would wake me up when I would try to sleep. No refrigerator.

Front Desk Associate when I arrived early was so courteous and helpful. Treated me like a valued return customer. Great location and a wonderful restaurant attached to the hotel. Parking was easy and cheap for Chicago. My go to hotel on my monthly trip to the Windy City.
Couldn't stay an extra day. My room was exceptional. Great view.

The hotel is in an excellent location with inexpensive undercover parking close by. The rooms are very clean with good quality linen and furnishings. The digital check in/out system makes is qiuck and efficient. The Art institute is at the end of the street and Printers Row is close by for coffee, dining and drinking options.

The location was terrific. I had a street view room which I loved. There was a water station on every floor with plastic water bottles provided. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a mini fridge and a microwave in the room. The shower big enough for two with good water pressure.
There was a noise coming from the vent which made it difficult to sleep some nights.

The location is great. Very close to train stations and you can walk pretty much to any touristic site from there. If you don’t like to walk there is also a bike station where you can rent/return the bike or scooter if you feel like touring around with it.
I thought the room would be a little bigger and the mattress was too soft for me and my husband.

The room was clean, had all basic items needed for my stay and breakfast was good as well. I would just advise different breakfast options that do not include diary.
The rooms came with a coffee maker but no free pods or any tea bags. I wish the room had come with some tea and basic items to make it like sugar or honey. I also wish there was a sign about how you need to obtain water at a filling station outside the room. I would much rather have a complimentary bottle of water in the room or a sign about the water. I also would have liked a sign in the room about the wifi and how to get access.

The hotel is well located close to public transportation, restaurants, cafes, and gyms. The staff was friendly and stored our bags when we arrived. Overall, it is a comfortable and convenient stay for the price.
The room they first gave me had a small bed, not queen size as I booked, so I had to change rooms.
