Reception. Very disorganized. It took me almost 3 hours to check in and when I finished I wanted to make reservation at the restaurants and they were full.

We really liked the pool, the beach, it's a huge hotel nice and clean, lots of palms, flowers. Pool bar the staff nice and friendly we really loved them. The snacks were okay, the buffet was great lots of choices we really liked.The restaurants also great

The rooms needs an update, the bathroom door was an slide door NOT PRIVACY at all. Too many ducks by the pool, No hand towels we had to requested, room service took a while to deliver our order almost 2 hours. The junior suite was not for 6 people.

The scenery was beautiful, and that restaurants at the resort were included in the all inclusive. The pool close too early so when u get back from excursions u don¿t have time to enjoy it

The rooms were dirty and had bugs. Stained sheets. It was a hassle to get the front desk or room service on the phone. If u ask for wash clothes or towels they¿ll come hours later. The buffet food was cold and nasty but did have e variety of things

Very fun atmosphere. Staff was terrific and very friendly. Food at buffet was great with many choices.

Lots of trouble with the door key cards.

The resort itself was nice. Room was nice. Pool, bars, club and beach was nice.

unorganized staff. Lots of miscommunication. Was suppose to have an assigned concierge however we never met him the individual we did get assigned to was nice however he was very unsure about a lot of things at the resort. Staff was our overall issue.

The food is good at the buffet not at the toscana restaurant

When I got to the room I have to called to report a couple of things that was broken: the lock for the door,the TV remote control did not work, the refrigerator did not work either and they never fixed also the water to take a shower went off sunday

ceiling was dripping, they sent 2 times staff, and problem not fixed. They could have offered a better room or compensation.

Beach was nice

The staff seemed untrained. The room smelled like sewage constantly. Cleanliness of the hotel was terrible. Saw a rat run through the crowded lobby bar on Saturday night. Food was terrible. Drinks were terrible. Pool was not nice. Construction going on.

The hotel landscape is absolutely beautiful & we maintained! There¿s some construction to update certain areas around the facility, but it doesn¿t detract from the peaceful location. Hotel staff are most accommodating.

Some of the appliances were outdated & faulty. High humidity & extra flat pillows could make for a restless night.

Can¿t have visitors. The only thing I didn¿t like is the toilet was cracked and when you sit on it pinched you. Through lack of communication it never got fixed and it¿s not replaced yet. Room service needed to be switched up fries came to room cold

Some of the staff was good, cleanliness is good!!

I dint like the food, poor service, we asked to check the ac wasn¿t working never came to fixed, a leak on the shower from the second floor, same on the jacuzzi, we report three times and no body do anything, really bad experience on that.

Jorge was awesome that was at the steak restaurant and was a pleasure when we seen him.

Customer service was awful. We waited in line for 2 hours after the staff continued to check in a family that were not on the same reservation repeatedly & never made anyone wait in line. We asked to speak to a manager several times& manager not avaliable

The restaurants were really good. The beach was beautiful with minimal seaweed because of a net in the ocean that kept it all out there. If hungry, there seemed to be adequate food available at most given times.

There is only one pool and it closes at 7:00 PM. And its a pretty good hike from the front to the back should you need anything. I just did not get the vibe that we were truly appreciated as guests. The first 8 hours were a nightmare. It was unbelievable.

We booked 4 Privilege Deluxe Junior Suites and the rooms were nice. The shows were entertaining and the majority of the staff was very friendly. The massages that we purchased were amazing!

Only beer was Presidente & Privilege Del Jr Ste only for rail liquor. $30pp Covid test. Booked 18 hole GC and trolley broke down had to wait 1hr to play 9 hole twice & no discount. Kids at adult pool bar. Small Casino and night club didnt open til 11pm

Friendly staff & enough of them; lovely pool; cleaner beach than another resort nearby; extensive buffet with especially good desserts; impressive restaurant meals; fun water aerobics and other activities.

Plugs in room needed adaptors to fit any plugs, and were not grounded. Room smelled slightly damp (ground floor). Bed was a little too firm. (Privilege level room we booked later was much better.) Buffet food not as special as the restaurants.

The staff and service was great. Also, the variety of food was pretty good. Pleasantly surprised.

Shower were tiny. Could hardly turn around without getting water outside the shower
