The room size was great, you had a little kitchen with everything you need as far as kitchen utensils go. You also had a living room that was attached to the kitchen. The bedroom was very large and very comfortable.

Loved the rooftop pool!! Loved the free drinks/snacks just wished I could have gotten a cold water after 4pm when they closed. My son went out for a 6 mile run and he was greeted by Norman who gave him a towel and water; extra nice touch!!

Location was close to the "T" transit, Boston Common Park, Trinity Church, the Boston Public Library and the Prudential Building. The lobby area still has that special "historical" look and the concierge and maintenance staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly. Everything else was lousy. We ended up staying at a different hotel even though we prepaid for this one.
It was a big hotel and was full - but it seemed like we were the only ones there. Minimal noise from other rooms above or beside ours. The Room Service was excellent.We came to see a doctor at MGH but enjoyed the city and could easily walk everywhere.

We love the hotel and the staff. It was perfect for our stay. However, we did not have hot water our entire stay. We were told money would be taken from the bill but we were charge in full

Hotel employee at the front desk was amazing! She was very attentive even after my 2 year old spilled apple juice all over our bed at 11 pm lol. They came right away with new bedding. The location was perfect near the mall, the pool was clean, and the gym was new

We loved the spacious hotel rooms and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was also very nice and professional.
