Pros +

I liked the proximity to the Prudential tower.
I was surprised at how great this hotel ended up being and will definitely stay here again!
Beautiful brownstone neighborhood.

Cons -

The pullout couch wasn?t even fit to sleep on as there was a bar right in the middle of the back. Very uncomfortable.
Be prepared to climb some deep stairs. Difficult if you have luggage other than a carry on.
Better pull out mattress
