Pros +

This hotel was very close to the Wilbur where we were seeing a show. It was also very close to good restaurants and china town is basically just across the street. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful!
The staff was exceptional.
Proximity to everything I was hoping to do in town.

Cons -

The pillows were too soft and too small, when the heat kicked off it felt like the A/C was running until the heat kicked on again and the walls have no insulation (you can hear the people in the room next to you like they were sitting right next to you.
The loud music from the club Nextdoor
The room was incredibly small. There were sliding doors where a swinging door was an impossibility. There was no refrigerator. The small window opened onto the other side of the V-shaped hotel. Our "view" was just into opposite hotel rooms.

after reading some of the reviews, i wasn't expecting much. i was pleasantly surprised. room, although small, was very nice. good location and very happy with the staff.
