Room was spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable.
Being charged 35 USD per day is nonsense. Out of these 35 bucks you get 20 in "hotel credit" which you can use for paid WIFI (what a joke) or get something form Starbucks for "free". It's just a way to rip off people. BTW if you decide to get "breakfast included" option. Bare in mind that you are covered up to 30$ (coffee is 6 $ juice also) and the meals are >20$.... So prepare to pay extra....

I absolutely love the seaport location . The Metro is not near, however there is much to do in the area. You can get to the silver line which will connect you to other lines on the metro. The restaurants, the water, museums, shopping- everything is convenient!Check-in and checkout were seamless. Starbucks conveniently located in the lobby for those that drink coffee. If needed, rental cars are nearby. Underground parking was plentiful, although pricey. The hotel is comfortable -it is Marriott quality and consistency, staff = superb
Elevators were not all fully operational during "graduation" weekend. Felt as if I were in a large hotel because of the wait for the elevators, I prefer boutique hotels partly because of this reason. My mother could not regulate the temperature in her room and had to change rooms. She was quickly accomodated.Facilities/ maintenance of property failed during the stay, but everything else was good.

Excellent place for us to stay as it is located right next to where our son lives. Great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Room clean and comfortable. We had lunch in dining room…excellent! Service was excellent as well. Friendly and helpful staff.
We had a little trouble with the tv. It would freeze and then take a white to turn back on.

Good location and nice facilities
Honestly the rudest staff I’ve experienced in a while. I would NEVER come back here given how the receptionist at the counter treated us. We travelled all day to get to Boston and the lady at the counter just treated us as we were bothering her.Hope Marriott can do better in selecting their staff going forward.

The room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. Having a Starbucks onsite was very convenient. The bar was great for food and drinks also. The pool and gym looked wonderful. The location was perfect for us - nice and quiet.
The price of our room was extremely high one night due to a convention being held there.
