The room was a shoe box and not acceptable for two people at that price. Parking fees were outrageously high
When we ordered room service, it was packed like a to go order. Not on trays, and no place to each (no table.) Food was mediocre, especially for the price point. They gave us an ADA, which we didn't ask for. Bad room design overall.

The breve spa within the hotel was fantastic

During our stay, we called and reserved a cot because we chose to stay in a King Suite that sleeps 3. Upon arrival we instead got an air mattress the size of a toddlers bed. It was insulting & they refused to accommodate for our needs.
