Walls were too thin. Door did not have any form of deadbolt from the inside other than the automatic passcode knob. I did not feel safe especially alone, and had a hard time falling asleep.

Nothing, sorry but it was noisy, only a bed. No chair for sitting. The recessed lighting wasn't finished. No smoke detector. The trash can was filthy. I actually purchased a sleeping bag and pillow to use because there were "curly" hairs in the bed.
