- Super friendly staff.

- Room was clean and had more space than expected. I believe it was a queen suite. The customer service was exceptional. All staff members did whatever required to make our stay comfortable Nice peaceful coffee on the roof in the morning. Great view!
Cons -
- The mattress was very uncomfortable. The homeless and drug users in the area is a problem.
- The service was below expectations. Hotel employee need professional customer service training.
- The only issue is the location of the hotel is at the edge of the gaslamp quarter. The real heart of gaslamp is a couple of blocks away. That would not deter me from staying again.
