Pros +
- Room and ease of check in
- It was in an area close to where I needed to be for a work conference.
- Great location close to Downtown San Diego, very accommodating cleaning and front desk staff.
Cons -
- No hot water. Dirty sheets.
- There were homeless people all around the entrance when we arrived. One even shouted at my wife and kid.
- The windowsills and bathroom ceiling were somewhat dirty, not really many hot breakfast options.
