- The location
- Location next to gaslamp bars and restaurants
- The location, staff, restaurant, our room hole experience was great.
Cons -
- The entire time there was only one working elevator which was hot and slow. I even had to walk up eleven flights of stairs to my room because there were so many people in queue
- Destination fees and etc fees
- We did not like the bed, did not get any sleep was up all night.
