- Yes, I paid the additional cancel anytime fee since I was unsure if I'd be staying in the area an extra day. When I attempted to cancel, it took over 12hrs & multiple calls only to be told that I could not cancel. Hotel Mgr eventually approved refund.
- Hotel staff were lazy........noise on the 2nd floor was unacceptable!!!!
- Room was clean but functional items were noyt in order I did not enjoy my stay.
