- Eco-friendly cleaning service with daily towel changes, convenient location next to the station that makes transportation easy, vending machines available, and useful laundry facilities in the hotel.
- The location was convenient to restaurants, stores and transportation making it an ideal location.
Cons -
- Opportunities for improvement:•The staff could improve their English skills to make communication easier for foreign guests.•The breakfast is okay for the price, but it could have a greater variety of food options, including more Western choices.
- The bed and pillows were extremely firm. They were uncomfortable to me.
- The beds were hard as a rock and extremely uncomfortable. Even though we booked a room for three people, they only gave us enough towels for two, and charged for extra towels. The drains in the bathrooms also were very smelly. Breakfast management for large groups is also not very well done

Room was clean and fresh, staff were polite and helpful. Great location to the train.
The hotel was attentive to the request for a higher floor, the service at reception was quick and efficient. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is impeccable, located next to the station and the room was clean, the television is large and offers valuable information about the hotel and offers smart TV service (YouTube and Netflix)
Good breakfast option although it’s only served till 9 am.
I was not aware how far it is from the main Osaka station but otherwise it’s literally next to the local JR Line Station.
Some vegetarian options should be there. A minimal bread, butter, banana and some stir fried veggies.
