Then you walk to the bathroom and it’s another horrifying smell but this time of cleaning products. Breathing in felt toxic to my throat and gave me an instant headache. I still had a headache from my room smell unfortunately, I couldn’t change rooms either.

The location is close to the supermarket (sign says medicine but it’s a supermarket also) and restaurants are close by too. Staff was kind and there was ofuro, bath there which was nice to have.

it’s nice to issue a receipt in japanese, which i needed to refund by a customer.quite nice to stay a smoking room.
The place is near shops and resto so its easy to buy your necessities and eat outside if you want. Also, it's near shin-isesaki station which is approx. 8 minutes walk from the hotel. a pls as well for travelers is that it's near Japan post, where you can withdraw money and send luggage/packages tho you can also do it in a convenience store which is also available :)

A lot!!1. Location is far from tourist attractions.2. The staff were rude. We requested for a towel but they refused to give us a new one. I explained that I’m not used to using wet towel but he still insists I should just wait for the next day’s towel replacement. Also, they don’t smile back at all. They were not accommodating and friendly. So not Japanese!!3. Uncomfortable. The room’s toilet is so small plus the power outlets are far from the bed. If you need to charge your phone, you have to leave it at the entrance of your room because the outlet is there. Won’t recommend this at all. Save yourselves.
