Christof & Michelle were wonderful.

It was incredibly noisy as it was located directly next to a roundabout. Our room was on the first floor and very warm when we arrived in the afternoon and into the evening. There was no AC nor a fan. We had to decide between a room that was too warm or even noisier with windows open. The nearby church bells rang every 15 minutes for 24 hours.

Very friendly staff that made one feel at home.Two restaurants to choose from.Wonderful lokal food as well as classic dishes.

Location was perfect for my mother who was visiting me - living in Allschwil. The hotel is right at the terminal station of tram line 6, which goes through Allschwil towards the centre - she managed to learn the stops quickly and travelled with confidence by herself. The hotel staff is exceptional, she had one little issue at the beginning and they solved it for her in no time - she will return!

A small fridge added to the rooms would be excellent!

The hotel was superb. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us our free transport pass to use the local tram service.The area was great with plenty of restaurants for our evening meal.

The location was perfect for me as I was visiting friends in Allschwil but also very good for going into the city with the Tram so close. The room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly.

I was very satisfied and am only sorry that I was not staying longer and that I did not have the chance to eat in the restaurant whihc I understand is very good.

I’d like room fridge. They don’t seem common in European hotels in this price range, but one can wish!

Liked the location, staff & cleanliness.Offered me a late check out which was very thoughtful of them.

No provision for tea and coffee in room. There was no kettle. Food in restaurant very expensive but very good.

The room was comfortable and had everything I need including a good wardrobe storage in the room. The room was also quite spacious for one person. There was an elevator for a big heavy suitcases. There is a tram right outside the door but the area is also very quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

My window was facing the main road and only had a translucent curtain. Minor inconvenience as I had to change in the bathroom and when sleeping I had to use a facemask to block out the light.

It was very nice accomodation. The employees was very pleasent and helpful. The breakfast was good and sufficient. The room was very clean, they were cleaning every day. The bad was very comfortable. I like the mirror closet in the bathroom, there were lots of space to put my creams, hair staff etc. There were blinds on the window, which was make me very happy :) The view from my room was amazing. There was a little brochure includes details about the hotel and information about the area, that was very helpful. It's very easy to reach to the hotel from the city center. The last stop of Nr.6 Tram is just the opposite of the hotel.

It'd be better if there would be a mini refrigerator / mini bar in the room and power poşnt near the bed.The pillows were very thin for me, even two was not sufficient but it's a personal thing, this situation doesn't count from the bad side of the hotel.

The staff was extremely helpfull and friendly. The room (and the rest of the hotel) was very clean and functional, there wasn't a single thing that I missed. The hotel has a restaurant and a bistro where I had dinner and the food was delicious. I think they have a craft pilsner on tap, at least it tasted like one which was the perfect drink for me to end the meal with. I had a great night's rest, thehotel was very quiet and the bed comfortable (no back pain the next day).

This is not really against the hotel but when you're from a different country you really notice how space comes at a premium in Switzerland. I had trouble finding a parking spot, but the hotel does have a (rather small) parking lot and the staff will make sure to accomodate you. The room was also rather small which was no problem as I only needed to spend one night. I did book the smallest room with one single bed though and it had everything I needed (the bed was bigger than a regular single).

One of the three rooms that we booked was extremely small (as it was originally a storage that was transformed into a room). When we asked to move to a bigger room like the two other rooms, they firstly answered that there is no other room available and later they said that there is a room, but we must pay extra 20€/per day.There is a restaurant on the ground floor and all the smells from the kitchen reach up to the rooms.

The area is a little outside the city center and I liked it a lot. The tram - no 6 to Alschwil Dorf - ends just outside and runs every 8-10 minutes. There is jogging, hiking path just around the corner and you are immediately in the countryside. The room was ok, the TV great and staff was very friendly. The hotel has its own restaurant and there are more just nearby. If you want to shop groceries there is a COOP just a few meters away - all very convinient and the tram takes you directly to the old town if you want some "action".

The breakfast was a bit thin. I missed youghurt and the assortment of bread could have been better.

Beautiful location, next to public transportation stops. Private parking. Good restaurant.

Nice quiet location in a nice village with easy tram access to the city centre and hotel was providing free public transportation tickets for the entire stay. Good breakfast.

It was a little bit out of the centre but a tram stopped right outside so perfect for getting in to the city, and we were given a travel card to use while we were there. It was in a really pretty suburb of Basel. Nice food at the restaurant, staff lovely, buffet breakfast good.
