The restaurant is awful, the food was cold, tasteless, lousy, and the cutlery was dirty, we had to ask for it to be changed twice at dinner and breakfast. The room urgently needs refurbishing. It is not worth the price charged.

The Hotel is nice. It has a nice swimming pool.
The air-conditioning had no battery, it worked fine, but we couldn't control the temperature.
We really appreciated Mayara's and Cynthia's readiness to help us and to answer our questions. The Bellboys were also great during room service. The heated swimming pool was a plus. Breakfast variety was also a must.
Everything was good. I believe for the price we paid, everything met our expectations.
