Pros +

- Very friendly and attentive staff, good selection of food items at breakfast, dispenser for purified water in the lobby, great shopping center in walking distance, quiet neighborhood

Cons -
- The bathroom floor was a bit dirty; the bed sheet is smaller than the bed; the front-desk staff was very confused during check-out; the common areas don't have any personality — even for a Ibis.
- sound insulation of rooms not very good, could listen to a couple shouting and having sex in the middle of the night.
- The room has some things broken, the sink was clogged.

Breakfast, staff
The room has some things broken, the sink was clogged.
The staff is great.
Smaller room I never seen at an ibis, the mini fridge is the smallest I have ever seen in any hotel and it's quite far from things in the city.
The rooms have a good space and a small fridge - which is rare nowadays, but very interesting. Good location, close to the mall - where we can find all the kind of stores, including for meals.
The hotel has a restaurant, but it serves mainly frozen meals and it does not work well. The cost/benefit of the breakfast can be questioned. Pillows are thin.
The breakfast is good, with many options.
Tv not working and awful beds.
Location is great
Walls were a bit thin so room could be noisy at times. They charge of you check in earlier or stay late.
Good location, and very confortable bedrooms. Staff are nice and parking lot with good spacing.
The breakfest could be better for the pricing I was charged for.
