The location was really good and accessible!!

The property was not much clean and tidy !! Linen had lot of stains,i haven’t got the same room what i booked. There is no fan as well.I don’t think this room is worth for this money.

Room was clean

No restaurant. even no bucket in bathroom, had to ask the staff for a towel. No parking. Left the place early after booking another hotel in the town.

Mouldy bathroom and stained sheets and pillowcases. Not worth the money

after check in the room,toilet horrible with cockroach…the staff took another room, same with cockroach… I demand my money and ready to go back. then they offered me a ‘premium’ room. I did not sleep because it’s no gas in A.C so, no cold and my sleep gone hell…hi Mr. booking. com …don’t foolish the people… you offered me a 4 star hotel. come and see then you will know it’s standard just like a budget hotel. please refund my amount if you are not supporting such cheap quality hotel.

because you people are supporting to cheating your customers….. haaaa ha 4 star hotel .. you know what facilities should be there…

Totally disappointed

I booked the room for one night and I reached the hotel around 3.30 early morning on 24/02/23. They asked me to pay 2200 for a non ac romm also to check out before 11. 30 am. I have paid this amount just for 8 hours. Room was in 4 th floor. No one accompanied to show the room, when i tried to open the door it was not. Then I went reception and informed about this. They gave me another key. I was able to open the second room but the light was not turing on. Again I went to reception and informed. They give me one card to turn on the lights. This is really frustrating. Am totally disappointed. I will never recommend this hotel because am unsatisfied with the service and cost.

Location and Cleanliness

The AC were not working properly it seems, stayed for 2 days in different room since the AC wasn’t in good condition.

Located in the middle of the city, wasn't difficult to find. Had a good time staying here.

Double check while reserving the room from booking.com, the room didn't have AC and we had to upgrade after check-in.

Room and bathroom was very clean and well maintained. Quiet space and slightly away from main road which was pretty comfortable. Check in and check out was smoothly done. Room service was fast as well with good response.

Price was high compared to other hotels similar room type. No ceiling fan but was a side wall fan which was bit uncomfortable. Television was not working.

Only 1 side fan available and bedsheets were not clean and mosquitoes biting the whole night ?Other hotels charging way less so definitely not worth the money....spent 6k for non ac room and it was a really bad experience

It is a budget friendly hotel very safe and clean If you see the out side it's a old building but inside is very good great choice for couples and family The reception is very very good very friendly staff and helpful

If non ac, rooms are very hot and wall fan not enough for the room, if ceiling fan, better option for non ac rooms

There were mosquitoes EVERYWHERE! it kept coming in through the bathroom exhaust

TV is not working.non ac room cannot use for stay...
