The room was comfortable and clean with good accessibility

The phone was not working and so was the TV. Fridge was switched off and had to manually switch it onFaucet was leaking Overall, it was not worth the cost

There was no proper towel, mat .. When we asked tissue they told us its only for deluxe room. Its like a local lodge.

Very good location , almost in med of everything, perfume shops , restaurants and pharmacies, and for me one of the best things is , it’s very close to masjid , few meters only. Big thank you goes to jenisha and monisha , in the reception, they were ready to walk a mile extra to help and support us, they made my trip and stay very happy, and they are the reason for me to visit the place again in future. Thank to the hotel management.

Having only one elevator sometimes poses difficulties for ppl to move fast , however this is an advice to consider building another elevator

Staff wasn't friendly and created unnecessary confusion regarding check out time. Apart from the my room made me feel like staying in a very old hotel.

Same breakfast each day. No change at all. Not much options for veg. Poor.

First of all , wi fi nor working, and front office staff not very good behaviour.Room is not pesticides, there are rodents in the bath room..

The view was good.Cleaning staff was polite.

The ac wasn't working even after changing the remote twice and it was staying at 25deg.I have already requested for parking while booking online here, but I wasn't given a parking spot for my bike and had no place to even it.The pipe in the bathroom wasn't working.

Breakfast was very homely. The food was delicious. Although it was buffet, the staff were always at hand to help. My requests for sugarless beverages were always heeded without any mix-ups.

Perhaps, when you check in, if someone accompanies you to show the room and explain the facilities once, it would have been easier. Not that it caused any problem for me but when I thought, this was the only thing that came to my mind. Oh yes! If the elevator can have a more fair policy. More than once I was standing in the first floor but was told the lift was going down and when it came up, it was full. I think this problem will be sorted out once repairs are over and the old reception functions again.
