FILTHY BEDDING/NO CLEANLINESS/ I DOUBT WHETHER THEY EVER CLEAN THE BEDSHEET/CHANGE PILLOW COVER. THE BED HAD SMELL OF CIGARETTES/ SPOTS ON BED SHEET/ FAN AND AC NOT WORKING PROPOERLY

Location was good. The water needs to be checked regularly. Hot water tub is an advantage.

Bathroom space should be more and bath tub fecility is an added advantage

The location is good, within walkable distance of the beach.

The bathroom was not clean and a foul smell came from the room and bathroom. The Lock was not working as well. They promised to clean the bathroom that never happened.

They did not provide me with a room even tho I had a booking with them, I was walking in the streets of Calicut for 3 hrs at 3 in the morning because of them

The room had cobwebs and dust all over... For a person who is allergic to dust; this room is definitely a no no...Even the walls were bubbly and there was an odour...The bathroom could have been neater... there were ants all around... the bathroom sink tap wasn't working

After booking confirmation, when my husband reach hotel the authorities said no room available it is mistake of booking.com and they didnt provide confirmed which ruined my husbands trip

NO booked room provided upon reaching my husband was left at this property mis night and he forced to take very small non ac room as no one helped togive himConfirmed room . This need compensation from booking. Com

The location near by Kozikode beach

Sealing fan was off for some times and they are not providing shampoo and tooth kit

The room was situated near almost all tourist places and food courts in calicut which was very comfortable for travel. Walkable distance to calicut beach. Room was comfortable with adequate space though the bathroom was small.

The bathroom was smaller than expected and quite congested.

The hotel cancelled our booking without even informing us and we had to run around for room with our family.

No co ordination was done from hotel to reconfirm the booking.
