The design and vibe was very nice

There was no clear indication on how to enter with a car and there was very little lighting at night.

Bed was comfortable and room was spacious.

The hotel was clean but it smelled like cigarettes, bad. The bathroom door is weird, no lock and a hole you can see thru.

The room was nice and up to date.

Housekeeping came in to make my bed when i put the sign on the door to change bedding as well. I got back pretty late and had to switch rooms due to this. Also I came up with that solution, not front desk. location isn't close to train station nor airport

There was an issue with transportation from the airport. But management corrected the situation.

I really appreciated that the receptionist was available 24/7, as it made me feel safe and well looked after. The staff were consistently helpful, were attentive and accommodating to my needs. They were always available and willing to assist whenever my family and I needed help, which made a positive impression.The continental breakfasts had a large variety of teas, coffee and expresso machines. They had platters of lunch meat and cheese, fresh fruit, boiled eggs, hot scrambled eggs, bacon and mushrooms, which were constantly being replaced. They didn’t monitor the foods that people took to their tables.

The people were very good and they helped me a lot!

The manager wouldn’t reduce the price even though I was there for three nights and so were two members of my family who stayed at your hotel.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel, and everything was perfect. The room was spotless, and comfortable. One of the best aspects was the location, as it was right next to a public transportation station, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The room and bathroom was really nice, modern and comfortable.

The female staff member that checked us in was rude and we had to wait for a room while others were given a room ahead of us.The hotel has a restaurant and bar but it was literally never open so the only option for food is a gas station.

Good location and facilities were nice and clean. Also the airport shuttle is very convenient.

The check-in process was terrible. It took more than 30 minutes to get my room. And there were only 4 people in front of me.

Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. We had asked for a king bed, and got that. Thank you! We really appreciated the airport shuttle.

Screens on the windows would be useful to keep out mosquitoes, because the duvet was very hot and we would have liked to have an open window.

Stayed in a few other hotels and ABBs.Your place was by far the best delivering everything you promised. It was better looking than the pictures! Your staff at the front desk, two ladies and our server were GREAT!! I only remember Sara’s name!! They fantastic!

Close to the airport with shuttle service. Friendly staff. Rooms are big, modern and the bed is very comfortable.

Few restaurants in the area. The hotel does have a restaurant but the menu options are rather limited.

We arrived at this hotel after traveling by car. The staff were quite helpful in processing all of us in a short amount of time. Our rooms were all in close proximity. The rooms were small and modern. The beds comfortable and the pillows soft. Everything was clean. The room was quiet. There is a combination safe and hair dryer in the room, along with a flat screen TV. USB chargers in the electric outlets. There is a bar/restaurant on premises but I didn't use it.

Pretty much everything was fine. The bathroom wall facing the sleeping area is all glass and that takes a bit getting used to. I find it less private than I prefer, and I'm probably not alone in that sentiment.
