There was no coffee pot or mini fridge in the room. I sat at a machine for 45 min minutes and not one cocktail waitress came over. I asked 2 employees to send one and they brushed me off. I didn't know there would be a resort fee or deposit.

First room was 80 degrees and smelled horrible and the air conditioner didn't work. We were moved to another room which also felt like 89 degrees and no working air conditioner. Elevator kept breaking so had to walk 7 fights of stairs multiple times

The room was rundown, curtains had rips, bathroom ceiling tiles had yellowing . Holes in the carpet. It was what I would call a dump.
