Location to the airport

The rooms smelled so bad and the ac doesn’t work

The evening meal was very good, I had the Salmon and a side of fries all of which were delicious. The location in comparison to the airport and where I had to travel to was excellent.

The Breakfast was less than good. I had to wait 5 minutes to be seated and was told there were tables at the back, which i then had to get my own cutlery for. The buffet was very limited which included "mini breakfast sausages" that were cold, hard and rubbery! The service during this meal was not great as there were not many staff members from what i could see. The mini bread rolls were also so hard they appeared stale!

The room was hot and I wasn't able to cool it down. The bed sheet had a bad stain in it on the sleeping side I discovered when I flipped the sheet open. I turned it around. I also didn't like the smell of the linen, smelled stale.

New and fancy hotel close to the airport. The food in the restaurant was tasty but wait was long because it was understaffed.

Directions from the downstairs parking garage towards the hotel were not clear. You can walk in circles if you follow the signs.

New building, nice atmosphere and the environment looks modern and business focused.

The room was cold. No response to the setting higher temperature. There was no remote controller in the room, when I was asking at reception they said "bring one in 10 min" - but never arrived.

The arrengment with transfer to airport, due the weather we wait inside at the lobby, because we had kids with us,, orientated to wait there, spme other clients, went outside, waiting in line outside got true to airport in front of us..We had to wait three other transfers to get true.

Nice new hotel, clean, modern and silent rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Room windows cannot be opened and I could not change the settings on the room climate control unit to get fresh air in, as the control unit indicated air circulation within the room only. Restaurant food is not great although the staff offered compensation. The kitchen staff needs training as the faults where easy to correct ( way too much Rouille in the fish soup; overcooked/ burned grilled vegetables) I was not impressed with the breakfast either.

Very modern, clean, comfortable and close to the airport

We were in Brussels to watch the cyclocross racing. The race in Diegem was only 20 mins walk away and the race in Baal a 40 min drive. This made the location of the Hilton perfect. The hotel staff were all very helpful throughout our 4 day stay.The breakfast was great as were the evening meals, a limited menu but the food itself was well above average for a hotel.We arrived by car, the underground car park was very secure with large packing spaces at a reasonable cost.

The drink making facilities in the room was a little below average. Paper cups and no milk sachets. If you like to unpack your suitcase you will have a bit of a problem as there is very little draw space.

Homepage mentions that the bar opens till 1:00 am but it was not. I stayed there for transit but no choice to have drinks nor having food after 23h check in .Luckily the reception staff sold me a can of beer plus some snacks which was great.Shuttle bus usage is not free .There is no services after 22:30 onwards.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean and comfortable. The staff is professional and friendly. They were very helpful with various things. The bed was comfortable and the pillows are great,

Housekeeping was a disappointment. When they cleaned the room, they did not do a good job with the coffee tray/cups. They came way too late to clean the room. We had taken the duvets out of the sheets because they are too thick and hot. They put them back in the we had to do the process all over again.

Gorgeous new Hilton hotel minutes from the airport. Loved the lobby decor, wood and stone, designed with several seating areas to relax and enjoy drinks and conversation. Front desk staff were very professional and all multilingual.

Rooms were spotless but quite small. There was not room to open a suitcase except on the bed, which is fine for a short stay.
