Big room, good bed, nice sofa.Practical room. Had all the basics.

Breakfast was very medium, did not really like it. Was walking around barefoot in my room and could tell the floor was not the cleanest.

Very nice experience, friendly and professional staff. Tasty breakfast to start the day. Comfortable room with a balcony. Short stroll to public transport.

a. Staff were very niceb. Rooms are very spacious and they fulfilled our request to have side-by-side rooms.c. Not very crowded hotel which is vey nice. It can be very overwhelming if it is packed, specially at breakfast

a. it is accessible, but the walk to and from the train station is brutal on cold/snowy weather. Bus is not possible for us as it is not going directly in the city centerb. Please do not misunderstood the review, the food is good. However: 1. We are expecting a Belgium-specialty foods, it is not there. 2. Regular food is also mediocre, hotdogs/sausage are dry, no Sunnyside-up eggs, always scrambled eggs, some condiments are missing. 3. My daughter specifically wants Nutella which was available on the first day but was gone in the remaining days of stay. She ask for it but the staff said it is finished.

Exceptional breakfast, very modern hotel and rooms, close to the airport by taxi

We ate dinner at the restaurant/hotel, food was really good. Liked the Chicken Wok and Chicken creamy mushroom sauce.

The aircon had a slight issue and was freezing but no other issue. Car park fees charge was a bit expensive compared to other properties.

It was cold inside the room and hallways. The bed in the bedroom is only a queen-size and the sofa-bed is not comfortable.There is no free parking around and the paying parking (20euro) on property is not protected. The breakfast had minimal options.

Beautiful room with a kitchen. Nice and supportive staff, 24/7 reception. no issues with bringing your dogs.

It was freezing in the room!! And I couldn't work out the heating. So I was very cold, but it was comfortable enough with a nice shower.

Its clean, staff is friendly and the lobby is cosy.

Bed comfy, liked couch at foot of bed. Enjoyed kitchen in room. Very clean and excellent food.

Close to airport BRU, but not walking distance. Bus stop is Holiday, which is within a block of hotel though not visible from bus stop. On our second stay, a taxi charged 29 euros for a short trip at 7am.
