My Review

I expected more flexible and affordable transportation to the city.I expected way more food quality and varieties. The art of serving food should be more taken care of (Meeting customers requirements, the way food are served etc) If I had the option to rank food quality I would give it just "Good" while for a hotel as such i would expected at least Very Good or even exceptional.

Rooms are spacious, staff was welcoming, food was really good

I had great experience at Radisson blue everything was just great and top quality.welcoming staff and reception team everywhere in the hotel is top clean.Special experience is the room itself i stayed in many hotels around the world and this room is the biggest ever room i stayed in . very comfortable bed and mattress breakfast was excellent and big variety.i absolutely recommend this hotel.

Amazing place to stay. Coming from the US, we booked a beautiful villa but needed a short notice solution after our the “villa” turned out to be a crumbling dump and our experience went from bad to amazing after experiencing the hospitality of the Radisson. This is a legit 5 star hotel!

Our stay was amazing and exceeded every expectation.Do not hesitate to book Radisson in Alexandria! We are from the US and this is a genuine five star hotel.

They have very exceptional meals both breakfast and dinner and Environment is very good with fresh air at all locations. Security is paramount and therefore your safe all areas even outside the hotel. No need to worry. This was the real meaning for value for money beside Egypt being a Muslim dominated Country, I was free to grab my bear and some times a whiskey to chill my evening including my room was well equipped with stuff in the fridge so, everything was sefl contained.

Apparently, the wifi is very good though this is not something I can say I didn't like, but just a recommendation to have each room installed with a wifi router to enable it reach all corners of this beatiful wide and enough room.

For sure this cannot be a three star hotel, I wonder how it is 5-star. The cleanliness and design of the hotel. Definitely the ugliest lobby you can ever see. The room service was abysmal While they told me it would be half an hour, and it turned out an hour and a half, for a stale and horrible hamburger. Lighting in bathroom is really bad, and the wash basin was not even clean when i checked into the room. The level of hygiene at this hotel is very questionable. By far the worst breakfast you can have, from the hygiene to the selection to the taste. Will never stay there again.

The facilities and the rooms The room was very bad the mini bar was damaged the electricity was horrible. Every 2 hours something wrong happens to it. After making check in we waited for our luggage half an hour in the room to arrive.

The staff were good and really helpful, especially at the reception.

The location is not good, in the middle of nowhere.The hotel doesn’t have any options for lunch or dinner, restaurants are either closed or don’t have much choice to eat.

Ot has everything that you might need: good restaurants, pool, etc

The staff should he much more involved. This is smth that it should improve. For Radisson and a 5 star hotel, the staff is not there.

This is my third stay in tiny time window, it is always like going back to home

The accomodation was very comfortable and excellent, also the staff was very professional and highly responsible especially zeinab the front office, and alia the guest relations

Stuff so friendly, luxury hotel, swimming pool.

The room was exceptional. Very spacious. View was good despite overlooking the road but had a very good overview of the golf course/garden. Room service was quick n got my things right.

1- Pool towels arrived late. I was in the pool at 9:30. No towels till 11:00.2- Variety in breakfast is not that much. Had a good omlette, though. The eggplants were really good. Bakeries... meh .... Coffee. OK.

It's an amazing property at the outer of Alexandria and it's a quiet place. If someone is planning for a vacation it's a perfect choice.

Amenities such as a Steam bath and SONA bath should be complementary and there is a scope of improvement in food.

Everything .. Heidi, the welcome agent was really nice person with gorgeous smile and gave us an upgrade

I think it’s not proper to allow people who pay for day use same facilities as real guests
