Location is a bit hard to reach but once you reach there you forget about the location

Although I booked a double room and upgraded to include my son 14 yrs, I discovered that my son should be counted as an adults,Upon arrival receptionist advised that he will not be charged and will be complementary.while check out I shocked as the receptionist (not the same person) advised that I am charged with additional 500 pounds being charge for my sonI didn't like this but had to pay cause I was in need to leave the facility being late for an appointment

The stuff at reception. Were very helpful and friendly . Samuel and Mohummed were amazing. Also provided a very recommended driver to take me around .

The menu espically the breakfast not enough variety. Did not have a meat protein options. No gluten free bread or non dairy milk options. Showers needs to fix for free flow of quicker water drainage. Suite gardens need to have more grass. And need to be moved and clean.

Panacea suites hotel has everything you need for a great stay .first I like to thank Mr diaa a receptionist very kind person. He made out stay pleasant .my wife and my son only visit Egypt and we choose this hotel .they live there 3 nights Mr diaal also arrange for my family texi and well maners and good behaviour driver . Food . location.bed room all ? ?Mr diaa very thankful to you. This guy was amazing ??hope next our tour again with you ..diaa ?

size of the room

I travel a lot for business and worldwide. The reviews for this hotel cannot be real reviews. The only positive thing is the size of the room and the chosen interior. The lake view is a swampy landscape, the hotel is in the middle of extensive construction work and rents out to Citizen for weddings or baby showers. These are both points that need to be communicated due to the noise conditions, which the hotel does not implement. It is not possible to find other places in the hotel to hold meetings or conferences undisturbed, apart from the lack of peace and quiet. The breakfast is loveless, a slap in the face in terms of taste. The interior is broken and unkempt. An advertisement for peace and relaxation under poorly trained "management" - if one can even speak of managing here. If you expect real management structures, with the Hilton around the corner you will be professionally positioned as usual, with real reviews.

Panacea suites hotel has everything you need for a great stay. Firstly I would like to thank Mr.Shady Elwy,the front desk manager. He has been very prompt, kind and generous. He made our stay pleasant. Always on his toes to assist us. We were offered a nice room with a balcony and pool view. The chef prepared customised delicacies for us. Overall it was a wonderful stay. Kudos to hotel staff

TV not smart, no chrome cast! Safe box was locked up! It took some time to have someone to fix!

All of the staff were very friendly and helpfull, especially Essmat,the hotel manager and Shady, the front desk manager. The pool is very nice. The food was very good. There was very good water pressure and lots of hot water. The hotel is a bit remote but that is nice to get away from the city noise. There were two different night weddings when I stayed there and the music was loud but stopped at 11 PM so people could sleep. The weddings were beautiful and the setting behind the hotel is very attractive.

My only complaint was with the WiFi. When I got there it was not working. Several hours later it was working but it would not work sporadically after that and sometimes when it was working it was running slow.

The staff were amazing, friendly, and always willing to assist no matter what time of the day it was 24/7. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and the floors mopped daily. Room service was second to none … highly recommended hotel for a very competitive and reasonable price. You get more than what you pay for…

The only downside was the location, as it was quite difficult to get to by Uber Drivers, however the first class service from the hotel made up for that quite easily, and was worth it 100%.

the place is very cozy, relaxing , has good hospitality the staff is very helpful specially Mr kirollos at the reception the hotel rooms and pool is very cleanwe really enjoyed our stay

The suite was spacious and clean, the food was tasty, the pool was clean and the staff were welcoming and helpful. I would certainly come back again if I had any other event to attend in the area.
