Nothing it was perfect

This is a 5 star boutique hotel in a great location in Naxos . Beach access is great and includes chairs and umbrella. Restaurant is amazing. You have to see this hotel to even imagine how unique and beautiful it is. Truly, the building itself and the decor are a dream come true. The owners and the entire staff and all employees are warm and friendly and helping with every detail of your time there !!! Definitely hope to return !!! ❤️❤️❤️

We’ve just had 10 days at Virtu. Totally 10 out of 10. Loved it so much we are going back next year for 2 weeks. Happy New Zealanders ?

Location

Would have been better to have fresh fruit for breakfast, salad for breakfast is not what most people want. Some food seemed re-heated. Coffee was good.

Room interior furnishings very cheap and not very useable with a huge table stuck in the middle of the room. Pillows were very hard and we had to request softer ones which were provided. Our case was left at reception and we had to go and retrieve it ourselves to our upstairs room on arrival.Clothes storage was minimal.Far too expensive for what it is, it is not 5 star, barely a four I would say.

The property was very beautiful to look at and the beach across the road was lovely

The service was a real let down Definitely not 5 star Only the reception staff were welcoming and happy The restaurant and bar staff didn’t speak at all Stood around watching us Not clearing tables Quite intimidating, the room they don’t give fresh towels unless you ask or even attend to the room in the evening Approx 20 confusing light switches in the room No water in the fridge Having to fill out a form the evening before to get breakfast in the morning is not a 5 star hotel to me No privacy between balconies just some ropes hanging Waiting 40 minutes for breakfast when there was only 2 other people in the hotel restaurant at the same time They said they were understaffed but had 4 men standing around the bar all day not doing a lot while people lugging their own luggage down flights of stairs themselves Didn’t get a wifi code or even told about the spa treatments on offer For the amount of money per night charge Well over $1200 AUD per night I expect 5 star treatment A massive disappointment for us The best part of our trip was our driver Pedros??

Boutique hotel design and proximity to the beach.

The bedding: sheets were rough, and pillows were hard as rocks.You could only see the ocean if you stood at the window. The room was quite dark for an ocean view suite. The service at the beach was poor.

Amazing view of the property design as a whole and nicely designed pool . Room with hot tub/jacuzzi and very nice view of the seafront. In front of the hotel, they do have sunbed with very nice sun shade umbrella .

Bed a little noisy

Pool, breakfast, hot tub, location and staff were excellent. Restaurant was also great for a reasonably healthy, tasty meal with great view and very pleasant staff. Great place for a very relaxing stay in a beautiful location.

The beach umbrellas did not provide good shade as they were more decorative than functional.

The staff was terrific! The room was charming, and the pool was great: clean and at an excellent temperature. It's so nice to have a lovely beach there, with chairs available in the front row.

My only complaint is that the umbrellas at the beach are macrame, and they don't provide shade. Also, the breakfast was okay, nothing special, except for the friendly and accomodating service.

Location was perfect, they have day beds on beach (free of charge) and staff were so helpful and friendly. We honestly can’t recommend enough. Breakfast was also excellent! The beach across the road is one of the best beaches I’ve been to in greece! Rooms were large and stunning - so was the pool area !

Beautiful setting with a gorgeous pool area. Location fantastic with beach and many restaurants and shops. Enjoyed having a great gym nearby too.

Pricey but reflective of area and location.

We stayed in the room with the private pool.The room was beautifully decorated and the staff were very friendly,polite and helpfull.The location was great aswell.The beach was superb.

Did not understand the reason for filling up the breakfast menu list a day ahead because eventhough we wrote the time in which we will have breakfast and the food we wanted to have,the food was really good but each time arrived late. :)

The location was perfect, walk across the road to the most beautiful beach and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The service at the breakfast and bar area was exceptional. The staff were so pleasant and accommodating. It was busy but vibrant beach and a fun happy place to be relaxing on holiday. The food portions were very large and tasty.

There was a lot of furniture in the room, maybe scale it back a bit to give more room for big suitcases.

Absolutely beautiful place, loved the boho vibe and all the decor. The room was the largest we've had on the Greek Islands and every single member of the staff was amazing. We did use the spa and had a few treatments and it was wonderful. The location was perfect, great beach right outside your hotel, lots of restaurants within walking distance and a few shops for any necessities. The restaurant at the hotel was good and very attentive. Everyone was there to help you have your best holiday.

Beautiful property and rooms, on the best beach with wonderful staff and the best food in the area. A truly boutique hotel on all accounts.

The property and rooms are perfectly finished and new - no expensive spared. So I can honestly say, there was nothing we didn’t like about the property.
