Naxos Island Hotel

The rooms were amazing and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

It is a little bit of a walk to the main part of Oia. There isn't really a walking path so everyone drives in the street. You have to be very alert because the cars drive fast sometimes.

We loved the hotel. Just steps away from the beach. The roof top restaurant where breakfast is served and where we ate dinner every night was spectacular. It has a terrific view, was very reasonable priced

The hotel was ok. I expected a 5 star. Maybe my fault. I expected it to be right off the beach. The staff was amazing and the food was good. The room was ok.

The staff were so over the top! They were wonderful. They went above and beyond! The hotel was beautiful! The rooms were huge and gorgeous. The beach was so amazing! It was so close to the hotel. The few blocks around the hotel offered several restuarants and shops. Everything was walkable. The view from our room was of the beach and we had a nice little deck with a place to hang our swimsuits. We used the laundry service and it was quick and cheap.

I didn't like the bed. It was very uncomfortable. I did see two cockroaches when I was there. One was down by the cars (a big one). The other was in our room. It was as we were leaving. It was crawling across the floor. I kind of freaked out. I washed all my clothes out of the suitcase with hot water as to not bring them in my home. That was a disappointment because they were all clean. We paid for laundry service.

Terrible pillows and bathroom products including soap. Dangerous shower enclosure. Never could get a breakfast order correct. Didn’t replenish breakfast food. Skimpy. Had to change rooms and incur higher charges because hot tub rooms were on ground floor and dark and gloomy. Hot tub was not filled all the way and didn’t let clean. Limit amount of lounge chairs at pool.

The water is was full of chemicals it seems and was so harsh. When we took a shower it left our skin so itchy and dry. Also the bed was like a rock could not get any good sleep during our stay.

Great location. The staff was always present and very helpful with recommendations. I loved intricate rooftop with pool and bar.

The bed was pretty hard and uncomfortable. Also, the gym was very small with few options, and you had to reserve to use it over an hour ahead of time. We ended up going to a gym across the street instead.

Location was the key! Across the road was a famous restaurant and the beach was 50 metres walk. The breakfast layout was t anything to boast about but the manager would approach me every day and tell me that they are happy to make anything I wanted even if it wasn’t on display. The view from the breakfast area was awesome and on the rooftop pool area

Better? I guess if they moved the hotel to be across from the beach would be better. I couldn’t fault this place and would recommend it .

The location was perfect and the room size and amenities were excellent. The concierge service was also unparalleled - we were very well taken care of.

The location was excellent. The condition and cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to ensure that we had a great stay. And the rooftop restaurant offers the best views!

Very nice boutique hotel, 1 block away from a beautiful beach, the bus stop to the town is just down the road.

There was nothing that we didn't like in this hotel. From our arrival to our departure, everything was great. Super friendly welcoming and helpful staff, great and spacious rooms that were close together with sea view and tasteful interior. The infinity pool and restaurant on the roof top with marvellous views, the telescope for star gazing at night, and the breakfast buffet were all wonderful. It takes a 2 min walk to be by the beach where you can swim in turquoise water, sit in the sand and dine, or just watch the sunset. We had a great time.

A very comfortable boutique hotel with warm and friendly staff. It felt like we were staying in our own private villa at times and it was really relaxing. Located right next to several restaurants, supermarkets and a two min walk to beach.

We were very happy. Perhaps a note for other travellers there was only one bar nearby.

This isn’t a five star hotel under any stretch of the imagination and should not be sold as such - it is therefore vastly overpriced. The gym is obsolete , malfunctioning and in an awful room. Neither is it a ‘beach hotel’ - the beach is close but you have to take your chances with 1000 others on a hugely cramped sea of expensive sunbeds - the other end of the beach where there are no cafes is lovely.

This place was perfect for a parent bedroom and a separate teenage bedroom. Very close to the beach! The friendliest staff around!

The perfect place to get a real Greek vacation feel! A stunning hotel. The manager and staff were so accommodating and friendly. The rooftop bar is gorgeous! You can’t go wrong staying here. It’s a very short walk to the beach where inviting umbrellas and loungers await. There is a row of eateries with bars and a staff to come to you for your leisure. These are not related to the hotel but services are great and so are the prices.

Have nothing negative to say

Wonderful staff, immaculately clean room, good food and a stumble onto the beach. Having the seats available at the beach free with the hotel was a great bonus.

so close to the beach the staff is amazing and rooms are large and super clean. many pleasant amenities and bonuses we didn’t expect. everything delighted especially the staff
