    Pros +

    • Maria was great, very helpful and great hospitality. Other family members that run the business were very kind too. the pool was great. Loved the shower.
    • there were so many hotels/villas to choose from, it was initially a difficult choice. but after choosing Villa Adriana, im so glad I did. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel; the location, staff, accommodations were among the best ive had in a long time. if I could think of ONE bad thing to include, it would only be that I didn't stay long enough. I give it 10/10, and will stay here again should I return. - JB from Texas
    • Everything was very clean and nice. The hotel was very beautifully designed - interiour of the room and the hotel territory as well. The swimming pool was good, it had deep end (over 2m) and shallow end (around 1.3m maybe?) suitable for kids and non-swimmers. Excellent beach is around 1km away on road with almost no traffic (the road that goes in between 2 lakes). Naxos town/ port can be reached by bus in 20 min (although using busses can be a bit tricky in Naxos). All Prokopios area was not too much stuffed with tourists, which was nice.

    Cons -

    • not one thing. absolute amazing experience.
    • I understand that it is not hotels fault, but one morning wind was so strong on our room balcony, that part of our breakfast was blown away (gone with the wind, so to say) :D But for future guests I would only advise to book early and to ask for room with a balcony which is guarded from meltemi winds (there were such). Shops and restaurants are 1 km away on a busy, narrow road and there is a little choice apart from the typical beach restaurants.
    • Everything was great

Beautiful little hotel with the warmest hosts Maria and Yanis. The room was perfect with our two kids, it had bunk beds and Maria even had a rail to my toddler wouldn't fall. The rooms were clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Maria and Yanis went out of their way to help us and make us feel at home, from helping us book a car, a workshop and helping us deal with ferry cancelations. The location was good, but with kids I think I recommend getting a car. The car rental place brought the car to the hotel thanks to Yanis help. The beach and little center of prokopios is not far but with the heat, carrying all beach stuff and no real sidewalk it was tough to walk with the kids. The bust stop and many restaurants are only minutes away.

This accommodation was just fantastic! The rooms are very clean, beautifully decorated, and much better in reality compared with the pictures. Maria, Yiannis and Nikiforos were all wonderful hosts! They helped us with everything we needed even beyond our stay at the hotel. We had an unforgettable stay at Naxos and we would definitely go back to this hotel if we were to visit the island again.

The hotel is located in a very short walk to the beach, but not a major issue to be honest. The walk is around 8 minutes long...but that also means that there is no noise issues around the hotel...so not really a negative!

We can’t say enough good things about our stay at Villa Adriana. We were at the property over a week and wished we could have stayed longer. Amazing views, location, and room. A short walk to the beach/town. Everything was perfect, but a real highlight of our stay was the people. Maria, Yanais, and the entire team were so welcoming and made our trip so special from the moment we arrived to when we left. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Adriana - so much so that we extended our stay twice. Yiannis, Maria and the rest of the team are super friendly and helpful. The freshly made breakfast is delicious. Our room looked brand new, it was very cool looking and comfortable. The pool area was spotless and had the sun most of the day.

We liked everything! The only word of caution would be the walk into town if you have young kids - there is no side walk and the road is pretty narrow. It’s only a short walk to the beach though.

Guests could not be made to feel more welcome at Villa Adrianna. This is a gorgeous hotel in a beautiful location. Maria and Jiannis were so helpful from the moment of booking until day of departure. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the beach and local bars/restaurants.

The decor in the room plus the beds were super comfortable. Everything was beautifully maintained and so clean. Yanis and Maria so kind and welcoming. We had 17 days there, longer than most, and loved it. We will be back.

We had a lovely room with balcony and sea views. Well equipped kitchen, large bed with comfortable bedding. Excellent air conditioning and double glazing on doors and windows. Large, powerful shower and nice decor. Towels and robes provided. The whole property and especially the pool was one of the cleanest places I’ve ever been. Staff were welcoming and very friendly. We arranged taxis from and to the port and all the arrangements were exactly as promised. We didn’t have the breakfast but it looked fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here it’s wonderful.

    Nothing bad at all

The owner and manager were exceptional! So kind and inviting. The property was clean and staff were great. We loved our time there.

    9KennethPosted on: 9-29-2024

The room was very good and clean with a nice ocean view. The breakfasts were good. The location was good - short walk to the beach and a supermarket. There was plenty of parking. The owner and manager were wonderful and very attentive.

The sheets could have been a bit softer. They felt a bit scratchy.

    9CatherinePosted on: 9-28-2024

Nice quiet location away from the busyness but close enough to easily walk to the beach and restaurants. Great sheltered pool area with a lovely big pool and also lots of spots outside the rooms to have a drink. Lovely staff and the rooms were clean and modern.

Everything was good but perhaps a little more storage for clothes/suicases would have been handy but we managed well enough.

    9EacrettPosted on: 9-17-2024

Accessible bus route, lots of options for meals out but also the option to eat in the apartment. Rooms were cleaned every day.

Air conditions in the bedroom didn't work the best, there was nowhere to put dirty towels but this didn't impact our holiday greatly

    9LorePosted on: 9-15-2024

Great location. Maria and Giannis are great hosts- tips for where to eat and the best kiosk to head for on the beach were spot on. The apartment was cleaned daily, with fresh towels for the beach/ pool as well as for the shower.

    9ShivaniPosted on: 9-14-2024

I really liked the location and our room. We had a great view of the beach from our balcony. The staff were friendly and helped us booking tours as well.

I only wish the blankets were a bit of the softer type. But apart from that I would recommend booking this hotel.

    10NicolaPosted on: 9-12-2024

Cannot go on about this place enough, it was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met, including the receptionist and the older man who gave both me and my friend a magnet and a hug goodbye, it was lovely. The rooms were amazing, very modern and had great shower pressure. Also, only a 10 minute walk to the main beach and restaurants. Definitely recommend!!!!
