the jacuzzi wasn’t working which was a shame but they waived the sauna fee without us asking for that.

Disappointing
There was really cold in a room. Very unpleasant when temperature outside is minus 6. Other thing, when we arrived there was nobody who could speak english. We wanted to make a reservation for a wellnes but not possible.
Nice clean rooms with a balcony and good bed.
People can smoke on the balcony. We had a smoke in our room sometimes. Other hotels are very close, so a view from the rooms is poor.

Even though I understand it (I guess COVID related budget constraints), I didn't like the fact that because the breakfast was served in the room, we couldn't get any juices, jams, yogurts or even brewed coffee by going in person to the restaurant area.
I really liked the Interior Design and the breakfast food quality.
I only didn't like the fact that there was no shampoo / shower gel in the bathroom
