I didn’t like attitude of one of the lifeguards. One lifeguard (with long hair) was very nice and friendly, the other one was not, he made us feel like we were intruders.

Pool included in the price.

Not at all a 4star hotel. Olny Polish channels on TV, poor breakfast, a little shabby, no accessories in the bathroom, no restaurant.

The room was large with fantastic view.The sauna was great.The terrace on the 15th floor was amazing.

The meals were delicious but I missed something sweet for breakfast, there was nothing like donuts or croissants.. The swimming pool was dirty (but water was clean).The bowling - there were not enough balls for children (not so heavy), we asked the barman for more and we got no help.The hair dryer in our bathroom was horrible - dirty and really non-friendly to use.

Very nice hotel, perfect location, good food, friendly staff, nice pool and bowling. We had a lot of fun here :)

It is an ok hotel with a swimming pool and sauna. Breakfast was fine too. Good for a night.

Rooms need to be renovated as they are not maintained well enough. This hotel is more of a three stars than four. They should not charge guests for parking.

Food was excellent, good variety, very tasty! The staff was friendly and helpful. We've really enjoyed the swimming pool and the sauna, which were not too crowdy on saturday evening. The property also has billiards and bowling at a very reasonable price. In general - we've got a very good valu for this price and left very happy with the hotel and our stay.

Location was great. The views were fantastic. The rooftop tarrace access was a bonus. The room was spacious and clean, very comfortable. I liked that the window opened to let the fresh mountin air in. I got bottled water and fresh towels when needed. 2 bottled waters were replenished daily. Breakfast and dinner buffet was great. Good selection. Espresso machines had great coffee and variety of teas were also available. Staff was friedly, courteous and knowledgable.

Location. If you are walking be prepared to walk up a steep hill from the town to the hotel. You are in the mountains after all.

There could be more games or toys for kids. There are two big rooms for babies.

Clean rooms. Comfy beds and quick check in.

A bit dated to be honest. Bar service finished at 10pm week nights so that was disappointing.

BORNIT is my favorite hotel in Szklarska Poręba not because is the best one but because of memory I keep with my friends. Hotel was modern several years ago. It was built before regulations of facilities for people with disabilities. You can find stairs in lobby; you find stairs to get at the beautiful roof-terrace (sun deck and sunset-deck). Also swimming pool is a little bit old-fashioned. But if you arrive here with kids or your friend you immediately see how fantastic locations this hotel has to plan walking tours during summer or plan trips to enjoy winter sports and fresh air. In the evening you may spend time together in specious "resting area" next to the bar. This is big hotel with all pluses and minuses but more pluses.

It could be better with speed of check out and also with parking space but generally hotel needs money for investments, and this is a problem of all hotels in Sudety mountains now. Hotel Bornit is special to me, and I hope that lack of crew or quality of service do not change my mind in the future. So I invite you to visit Bornit and try to put pressure on the owners to take care of such a beautiful tourist facility.

It is not 4* hotel. Staff has will punish guests for their own faults. They seat us during Easter celebration breakfast at the hall (outside the dining room), because they failed put us on the list (from reception). Lady in charge demanded us to understanding her position, as they change the system due to the fact someone stole 4 dinners (pathetic and ridiculous at the same time, and it is not a joke, it really happened). The misery of that table was stressed by two withered yellow tulips lying flat on the table (yes, it is documented on the photo). We complained about it, very next day we were put on the list and they gave us 1m2 table for 4 person (which is normally for 1 person). Of course you cannot expect any "apology". The stuff will show you that they are in charge, you can think whatever you want. Additional chapter is quality of the internet. In the 21st century you will get quality of early modems in the 90's provided Polish Telecommunication. You will wait for loading any page even minutes (connectivity breaks). Saying that they provide internet is a stretch.

Helpful hotel staff. Bowling and pool tables were nice entertainment. We didn't try the swimming pool, but it was nice to have this option.

In general the hotel was disappointing. Interiors looked cheap and a bit old. No kettle in the room, so we couldn't even make a tea. The TV set was old and was locked, so we couldn't plug Chromecast to watch Netflix etc. Breakfast was not bad, but the selection of products very limited. The location of the hotel is not very far from the center, but a bit uphill, so coming back from a pub in the evening was challenging :-)

Hotel needs refurbishment. No cards to enter a room but a physical key (only one). Therefore if a part of your family wants to head back but you have the room key - tough luck. Most (male) swimming pool lockers lack keys. If there are several people in the swimming pool then you risk leaving your belongings in unlocked "lockers".While pool tables are fine, the bowling lanes are dated and quite uneven. If you play with kids just for fun it may be OK. If you want a bit of competition then prepare to get frustrated quickly.(Summary: Generally the stay was OK but the hotel should focus on improvements.)

location is situated near by the trails, there was no need to go out for dinner. Rooms are spacy enough to hide suitcases or other equipment for hiking. cleanliness of bathroom. friendliness of ftont desk

Location, breakfast and staff were fantastic. The hotel is literally on the way to Kamienczyk waterfall and Szrenica. Staff were attentive and pleasant. Really nice swimming pool and sauna.

The place is seriously dated. It is frozen in the late nineties. WiFi did not reach my room. There's virtually no electrical sockets to connect your appliences. Forget about doing any work on your laptop there. More sources of light are needed. Lifts are miniscule. It is not a four star hotel - more like two star.

There was no enough parking spots, even that the hotel is charging for them additionally.We could not have rent the bathrobes, as they run out of already. What made the travel to the swimming pool and back to the room uncomfortable. There supposed to be available two types of sauna, but one was not working. In general in the hotel was quite cold, especially in the common areas.

Big rooms, 24/24 reception, pet friendly (but charges 40 PLN for a pet per night), good breakfast included. Welcome water bottles offered upon arrival.

One could expect more from 4-stars hotel. The staff was rude (especially in the breakfast room), the hotel is well worn down and needs renovation. Every single extra thing is on extra cost (parking, pet, gym,...). Taking everything into account, the hotel is a bit too expensive for the quality of service you get.

Bowling were occupied every night but it only means everyone enjoyed it :)
