Pros +
- The hotel looks nice, the facilities are lovely, BUT..
- Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast. Spa was ok, but below the standard of Austrian hotels, crowded. As a mountain hotel it would deserve better.
- We paid extra for a mountain view room, but got a ground level room with parking lot view and people constantly coming up to our room window (from cars, walking dogs etc.), so hard to still enjoy the hotel, but the food was ok, gym was reasonably though small for the size of the hotel. The spa is the best feature with an outside jacuzzi. I'd say there are other hotels for half this price that have the same facilities and can actually give you rooms with a decent view. You also have to pay for parking, which we didn't have to do in any other hotel in the village.
Cons -
- The rooms are very cold. The walls paper thin (you can hear everything in the corridor and other rooms - lots of noisy families with kids). The maid did not even bother to restock the toilet paper. The personnel is not behaving as per the hotel class - especially in the restaurant, they manage to be as non-present and elusive as possible. The pool and spa are far too small for the hotel size (very crowded pretty much all day). I was unpleasantly surprised by all the deficiencies. It's just not what you expect in a Radisson hotel.
- We have paid a bit extra for the mountain view, and were put to ground floor looking at the parking. When inquiring at the reception, we were told this side is considered mountain view even if you don't have it. Not even a free coffee as a compensation. :(
- We have payed for a mountain view room, which was significantly more expensive than other rooms and got a room that was on the ground floor right next to a parking lot, so people were constantly working right next to our balcony (which sat on the ground) and could walk up right into the room if we just left the door open. Obviously there was no mountain view. We also got a welcome letter that had someone else's name on it, so I thought it must have been a mixup, but when bringing it up to the reception staff, they said sorry for the letter but can't change your room and were very rude and not understanding. You also have to pay for parking, which we didn't have to do in any other hotel in the village.

You don't get the room that is advertised, irrelevant if you pay extra for it, which kinda ruins the rest of the experience when you have to look at a parking lot even though you paid for mountain view.Otherwise the hotel is reasonable. The spa facilities are really nice, gym is ok but very small given the hotel has 240 people. Breakfast is quite ok too.

Great location, nice sauna area, very clean, excellent breakfast, luxurious linens, comfortable bed. The room we stayed in was super (suite with jacuzzi) it even had two bathrooms.
They don't have that much parking. The indoor pool area could also be bigger for such a large four star hotel.
Comfortable and very clean hotel, kind staff especially the bar man who was very professional! Spa was amazing even if it’s not that big area. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and the nature around the hotel)
Just would be better if at least bar was open until 00:00, in weekdays it worked until 10 pm and that’s not enough (
The hotel is surrounded by forest. Nice view from the part of the rooms. Good Spa. Very clean.Great breakfast.Rather far from Szklarska Poręba, better to be on a car
Access road, the last 100 meters are not very good quality
Nice, peacefull location. Very comfortable beds. Clean
Bakery products on breakfast could be much better. Breads not really fresh. Ongoing case in many hotels unfortunatelly.
All perfect nice, all clean ,very helpful people ,good food
Nice clean hotel. Food tasty. Pool was fine and at our stay not too busy though high season. Good starting point for walks into the forests that are all around.
Just a few things. Wooden planks on the balcony are really not good finished. Easy to get a splinter. Paid parking and a little bit too cold temp set on the aircon for us as default although can be set as you wish.
Property is clean, well designed and well executed!
Air-condition in restaurant - water drain from the ceiling down on the plates, tables and floors…
- swimming pool & SPA- friendly staff- nice food- comfortable rooms
Almost no people in the pool, me and my kid enjoyed time being there.Cozy room, with large and comfortable bed.Not bad animation for kids.
Poor menu in the restaurant and dinner line, especially for kids, hardly find what to propose to my toddler. Location is pretty far from the city centre, no shops and restaurants nearby, so if you don't want to eat in the hotel, it took us 30 min to go to the downtown. Not enough Parking slots, so even if you book a place in advance, there is no guarantee you will find some, when you come back late. Kids area - no one is watching what is going on there. Some elder kids are left without any parent control, and they were just crazy. There were a lot of small kids, so it was dangerous to play there and all just have to leave. It shouldn't be like that.
Very nice stuff, clean room with great view, excellent food and cocktails
the cleanlines, the view from the dining room, the facilities
the dinner and cafeteria dishes were not satifactory
Kids club, food, cleanliness, room.
Ignoring hotel rules by guests. Changing of room temperature automatically, and temperature of air in pool area(for kids and also for adults) - too cold air). Staff not speaking English (masseuse, reception in wellness, waiters).
We stayed here with friends for a weekend. Everything was really good, especially breakfast. The rooms are comfortable with beautiful views.
The spa was fine, however there were a lot of people from my point of view. Also the children shoud have restricted accesses.
+ very nicely furnished room+ helpful staff+ wellness+ excellent breakfast
- fewer places for a la carte dinners
The hotel was very nice, everything looked like new. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and well equiped with a great view from the balcony. Food was also great, large selection for breakfest and very tasty a la carte options (asian menu). Which was a pleasant surprise, because usually hotel kitchens aren't that great. Also great drinks at the lobby bar.
The wellness area is a bit too small for the size of the hotel. It was a challenge to find empty sunbed or to have a place to relax after sauna. So we went there in the evening when other guests had dinner. Also I don't understand why you have to pay for parking, when you have to use the car to get there. It should be included in the price of stay.
The room, the friendly staff, the great location
No locker/ski room for safe equipment storage
