Air conditioner was not working and the water from the shower leaked into the kitchen area.

Bed comfortable. Lighting poor. Chairs plastic. Very noisy Walked up 4 stories..no light in hallway. Check out 11am. Went for walk. Locked out of building. No one around Seriously ??

Takis was very helpful, arranging the transfer from the airport to the apartment. We only stayed one night, just to take the ferry the next day. However, everything was great!

We like the location, close to the Piraeus Ferry Port. we also like the balcony. We also like that they supplied bread.

The air conditioning did not work, and some of the decor was OSB board. The room was very hot, so we could not sleep well. Also, this hotel required us to enter on our own using codes. When we left, a lady on the ground floor asked us how things were. We said the air conditioning did not work. She said that is the way it is. Throughout Europe, it was extremely hot on our trip and this was the only hotel where the air conditioning did did not work.

Easy check in and was very safe. The rooms were also very spacious. It was also very handy that hotel transfer could be arranged which was very convenient and since we were a big group, a nice big van was arranged.

Since we checked in late and departed early we had no physical contact with staff.

Room was large and excellent for the price! Communication was excellent prior to arrival. Each to get into room.

Didn't have bedding for couch.

Massive room, easy access, good location but most of all the Nespresso machine WITH 2 cups!!!

It a bit basic interior but very spacious and a good bed.

The room itself was fine. The staff were good. The only problem is that there was No Heat and it was 3C overnight for both nights. After the first night i found the ceiling heater with remote but even setting it for 30C it did nothing. Not fun.

Could not get a response to What’s app chat. Could not get any answers to phone calls. Saw no one on staff. Very dark in room. Didn’t tell us how to get out once we checked out. We were locked in with another couple until one found a white button tucked away. Would not stay here again.

Easy check in process and nice and clean room/apartment.Great value for the money and in a safe location close to the port for the early morning ferry to Santorini.

it’s a bit dark ( the stairway) so can feel a bit spooky but after a while the lights came on.

Didn't look anything like the picture, cheap particle board dressed up, leg fell off the table, taps were loose. Basic when advertised as special.

Quiet. Bed is very comfortable. Very clean. Very large. Convenient port location.

Air conditioning was not quite strong enough.

Unfortunately, my room smelled like dog/cat urine, so badly that I couldn't stay in the flat. After calling the property manager, the cleaner came around but she claimed she couldn't smell anything. The property manager refused a refund. Booking.com were not any helpful either.I ended up booking a different hotel nearby.

Spent a quick night here between ferry and plane. Would like to have stayed longer. Lovely big room with nice touches - lamps, water, bread and jam for breakfast . Easy walking distance to restaurants, harbour side and metro .

Couldn’t get the coffee machine to work . Bathroom door jammed wide open and couldn’t close it for privacy .

Personally I don't like that the lock of the room was fully digital and you had to insert a (hopefully unique) password that is provided by the host. It made us feel a bit insecure and I would prefer to have a physical key as well.Also I would like the bathroom door to close entirely, in our room the bathroom door couldn't close and lock.

Location, space and easy to get in the flat.

Overpriced for the quality of the building/flat. The finishings are cheaply made, no lock to toilet, no real privacy in the shower (next to window with with broken blinders), smell of cigarettes in the building. It's ok for an emergency night stay, overpriced otherwise.
