El Beso Adults Only at Ocean Coral & Turquesa All Inclusive

It was close to downtown, and clean

Very little storage. No hooks to hang towels, could use a broom from all the sand that was not preventable. The pool was cool due to the shade but welcomed due to the heat and humidity. The AC worked great!

How close it was to the airport.

EVERYTHING! Deceitful, dis-respectful. Did not get an ocean view as we payed for. It was not adult only as advertised. SUPER DIRTY. Poor service and no hot water.

Staff was friendly and the food was really good.

Had a few issues with my room. The air conditioner was not working and there was a water leakage in the bathroom.

Restaurant confusing on when they are open.

The property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space so guests never feel crowded. We stayed at El Beso Adults Only and truly enjoyed the privacy it offered, while still having access to all the other facilities on the same grounds. The staff was incredibly friendly and approachable — Ivan and Fredy at the El Beso restaurant were fantastic, always providing excellent service. Ricardo was full of energy and always went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Elisabeth from the entertainment team had such a positive attitude and amazing energy — we even had a super fun tequila tasting with her. This place is worth every penny and more. Definitely a destination worth visiting — and one we look forward to coming back to.

The beach was unfortunately not accessible during our stay due to a heavy amount of seaweed — of course, we understand this is not the property’s fault. The location is also not within walking distance of any town or city, so taxis are necessary, and they can be a bit pricey.

The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and furniture. The food was delicious too

The entire property smells like it has a sewage problem. The seaweed rots quickly on shore then its spread all over the property causing it to smell everywhere. No one could even walk on the beach without gagging. No events or services on the beach either. The rotting smell was always present, when opening a door, balconies, outdoor eating areas, pool and recreation areas and walkways. In my opinion this was not a beachfront resort experience, I couldn’t even access the water or for 10 days without gagging.

We had a great trip for a milestone birthday! We especially want to thank Samuel in Guest Services! He went out of his way to make our trip memorable and we appreciate him! Overall it was a great stay.

Wait for food and not always the best

We stayed at El Beso adults only that is basically a section of the resort Ocean Coral where you can have access to one extra pool and one extra restaurant option. The resort is big, there are 4 pools, plenty or restaurants, 1 ice-cream shop, 1 coffee shop. The whole resort is spotless clean, there is always somebody cleaning. Most of the staff is very friendly, whoever is not friendly is still professional. The wildlife around the resort is priceless, you feel like you are in a zoo (all the animals are NOT dangerous)

There are 4 of 9 restaurant that you don't need a reservation, all the rest you need to download an app and book your dinner through it, only problem reservation system allows you to book from 8am and at 8.01 am all the restaurants are already fully booked. My partner and I woke up at 7.59 am the days we wanted to go to a specific restaurant to be able to book it, you are on holiday, it is a pretty annoying system.The bed sheet are weird, don't feel like a good quality.Ocean water affected by algae, nothing the resort can do about it but it is always good to know it (they do clean what they can)

Few things stand out. An evening can be easily ruined by a rude greater at the entrance to the restaurant. Several rude staff should be further educated on customer service standards. The room that we stayed in smelled of mildew.

Big room with balcony, great pools, friendly staff.

Water pressure was a problem. Showering between 5pm and 7pm is nearly impossible with literally a thread of cold water as lots of people are taking showers before dinner and seems like the hotel’s infrastructure can’t cope with that. Don’t go during US spring break, it is too busy. Not all restaurants are of the same standard, personally disappointed with Sensai and the Buffet restaurants.

A pleasant and luxurious resort with an adults-only zone. Nice and spacious rooms with all necessary amenities. Comfortable beds. Beautiful sea and a private beach with umbrellas and sun loungers.

The food was great throughout our stay.

Most of the time, one person at the reception takes ages to check guests in or out. The first room we got, on the ground floor, had a very strong mold smell. They did not have another room available, so we were downgraded for one night and only received our proper room on the second floor the following day.

Upscale room with a great view from the balcony. Very comfortable mattress, robes, slippers, large room & bathroom. Very quiet at night in our room but really enjoyed the live music at night in the lobby and the fire show. Workers gave very good service and our room was kept sparkling clean. Shout out to Lenin the Bell Boy who took good care of us the day we had to leave.

Relaxing in Adult section, huge swimming pool , not crowded, comfortable bed, big room, good size balcony, variety of food in the buffet.

Ordering taxi from hotel stuff for 15 min ride to other hotel $50 one way vs Uber for $10 then waiting 15 min for ok from the reception to let Uber in.Electricity on & off. Smelly poor ventilated room due to dirty AC filters. Very loud chatty to each other cleaning crew in the early morning waking people up. Large number of raccoons at the property fighting for food. Beach was full of seaweeds, not cleaned compare to same day Hilton hotel.

The food at the restaurants, was very poor quality, lacked flavour and ingredients.

The staff were amazing - went out of their way to be very helpful. The rooms in El Beso are very good size, far from reception, and all the activities that take place in the resort throughout the day and night.

The reservation system, the maitre d’ service for all the restaurants. Thinking you are booked for all inclusive including all the restaurants in the resort but yet you only have access to the buffet, all other restaurants you have to get up at 8am every morning, log on to web portal and by 8.01am they are all sold out. Unfortunately the hotel over sold to max capacity for accommodation but doesn’t have staff for max capacity so each restaurant was only at 30/40% capacity per seating. If you upgraded to Privilege which was costly, you had a better chance at getting a reservation. It’s a dreadful system and made each morning very stressful and then each evening you had to queue for a time to get into the restaurants. Never seen such a poor service ever! The Americans and Canadians are familiar with this type of service but for Europeans and British, it’s alien and outrageous expensive. There was constant up selling being done for everything when in fact for All Inclusive that shouldn’t be the way.

Extreme long check-in.Reception staff continuously forgot to fulfill our requests.They promised compensation but was also missed.At arriving nobody told any piece of basic information.Just took room and left.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and clean. Great facilities. Pools were great.

In both the restaurants and the buffet the food wasn’t clearly labelled with what it contained making it difficult for anyone with dietary restrictions / allergies. The staff would be very accommodating when you explained but the lack of clear ingredients made it difficult. Sometimes a dish wouldn’t even state a key ingredient like meat so it appeared vegetarian on the menu only to come with beef that wasn’t mentioned. And in the buffet nothing was labelled, again making it difficult.
