The service was amazing, there was a lot of dining options, and the adult pools were a nice place to get away from the crowds

big resort had to walk a lot they did offer golf cart rides but you had to wait for them

Quality of alcohol and food options great. Activities and enthusiasm of their staff, especially Bruno, Kimmy, Bernie, and Leo- fantastic and genuinely interacted with guests to ensure a good time. All workers work very hard to serve you and clean.

If you want a beach this is the wrong place- small beach area and rocky brown water. The smell of the seaweed ruins your experience often making you nauseous. Other than that the place is beautiful and their many pool options have something for everyone.

Luxury at its finest! We were accommodated in every way at this resort. The Hydrotherapy spa is a MUST! My husband and I were so pleased!

Try not to drink the water, only bottled water for drinking.

everything was very nice. the hot tubs saved the day because it rained most of our time there & pools were cold.

The room is ok, food is fine.

The beach is very bad. No distance from the beach to the hotel. The sand is bad. The area of the sea is not clean. There are some stupid barriers like 10 meters away from the shore, poor experience. They also charge me additional because I put the kid’s age at 4 instead of 5.

The pools were amazing and we never had trouble finding chairs or even a cabana. Our room was also very nice and we enjoyed the shows each night. We loved the gelato/coffee shop next to the food court and the bartenders were very good about making fun non-alcoholic drinks for our family.

The beach was just okay - not super clean and there are sandbags in the water which make swimming in the ocean difficult at best. The food is probably good if you like seafood, but we weren't super impressed with the buffet. The restaurants are much better but it is difficult to get reservations. Be sure to book them as soon as you arrive.

Booking dinner in the evenings was difficult as had to book via the concierge and there was hardly any availability.

The property was large with a variety of activities for all ages and was easily navigable

Unfortunately the beach areas were not usable, but the resort was working on repairing it. Thou not exactly the resorts own fault it’s an entire coastal problem with the sargassum .

The resort and restaurants were all very good! The facilities are kept up very well the staff was very nice. This is definitely a family type Resort.

A lot of the beach had been destroyed from hurricanes and storms but they are working on building it back!

Breakfast was good in both selection and taste.

Only complaint was golf carts were going entirely to fast inside resort with all the small children around. I witnessed on 2 occasions close calls with children.

Lunch and dinners were not great, food was repeated in the buffet everyday for lunch and dinner. There were no vegetarian options and it was very hard as we were a group of 34 and 30 of us were vegetarians. There was also no good southeast asian options (Indian food like roti-indian bread, rice, lentils, legumes).

2 of 3 nights there were drunk people screaming in the corridor, nobody control them. In the Spanish restaurant we waited 20 min and the waiter never came, we left. Then we complained and we were able to get a place in the French restaurant thanks to the concierge.Many people in the restaurants standing up without masks

Breakfast was always amazing and lots of choices.
