    Pros +

    • Grounds are beautiful. Lush vegetation and wildlife everywhere. Beach was perfect. Service was good. Friendly staff. Room was big, clean and with an updated bathroom. Food at the Hibachi restaurant was excellent. Buffet had something for everyone.
    • If I could give them a 0 for the staff service I would! They were absolutely rude at the reception! Also a couple of waiters were condescending and rude.
    • Fantastic amenities and staff

    Cons -

    • The steakhouse and seafood restaurant were ok. If you're scared of racoons then this is not the hotel for you. Buffet can get hectic so go really early or really late. Rooms are pretty simple. Do not accept the invitation to the club membership breakfast!
    • GO ELSEWHERE!!!! The receptionists and managers are rude and disrespectful. I would never go back! We went with a very large group about 100 people.
    • The rule at the beach. If you are in one hotel you cannot have a hamburger from another hotel. Their hamburgers were horrible and on top of that you had to walk 500 meters to get a hamburger or hot dog from the other location. They could not take me to my room after i arrived. I walked to it.

I am disappointed, I paid too much money for this.

Difficulty securing chairs if you don’t reserve them at dawn. Property says you are not allowed to reserve but everyone does.

All inclusive, the activities you can do and going to the beach or the pool, riding to another hotel or to the mall, the gym. The nice and attentive staff. And the different shows you can enjoy at night

It was our second time at the same hotel. We really like it

It's very Kids Friendly, so if you're looking for camp from 9am to 9pm, or special places for the kids this is a good choice.

The bedrooms and beds were too small for families to accommodate. What they call a queen bed is in fact a full bed, and a room for three has only two full beds. The restaurants were quite disappointing; they even listed items on the menu that weren't available. The only acceptable option was the main buffet, and we even got food poisoning, and they didn't help with doctors, even though I was pregnant. They had us for 5 hours the first day, trying to sell us something similar to timeshares. We tried to leave several times, but they wouldn't let us; instead, they requested "just a bit more of your time." We had the feeling of losing our family time.Overall, not the best experience, and will probably not go back or recommend

The layout is good, lots of chairs. The evening entertainment was good. But repeats every week.

Pools were too hot, be feet is the only option for breakfast and it is the same everyday. After a few days you want a change

Our experience was incredible; the hotel is really big and has many fun activities for adults and kids to enjoy. The sargassum on the beach was really bad but it did not make our trip a bad one. The food was okay, maybe we were expecting something tastier.

    The sargassum on the beach

Breakfast at the buffet: The breakfast spread at the buffet was a definite highlight, offering good variety and quality to start the day.Daytime Activities (for some): While not entirely my style, the resort did offer a range of daytime activities that might appeal to others.Kids Club: A definite highlight, thanks to the wide range of engaging activities and the enthusiasm of the staff.

Poor Price-Quality Relation: At the premium price, the overall experience simply didn't compare favorably to less expensive alternatives like RIU.Internal Transportation Issues: Getting around the vast resort was a disorganized and highly inefficient process.Frustrating Dining Experience: Restaurant reservations were almost impossible to secure, even though dining rooms were often half-empty.Average Buffet & Disappointing Desserts: While breakfast was good, the overall buffet quality was just average, with desserts being a particular low point.

The food was great lots of options for entertainment but easy to also get peace and quiet, amazing facilities

Sometimes I didn’t know what restaurants were open and felt a bit of confusion about activities but I honestly didn’t care much about that.

The grounds and facilities were beautiful and the rooms were modern and nice. The pools plus water park features were a big hit with the kids. The beach was nice too. We loved the Greek restaurant, Lemon and Spice! We also enjoyed seeing the wildlife that roams the grounds - coatis, peacocks, flamingos.

Every time we spoke with one of the "concierges" for directions, or asking about activities, etc., they only kind of answered our questions and not always entirely accurately, then tried to get us to go to a timeshare presentation, which we found really annoying.

Food excellent, water park great, pools great.

    Distance between beach and rooms

The pools and common areas are great, there’s no queuing or waiting for anything. The food is very good, there are plenty of options at all times. There’s a nice shopping court / town centre which together with facilities like the gym and ample streets give you the feeling you are not trapped in a hotel but in a small seaside town.

Our room wasn’t great. It felt dark and damp.

Food was great, Star Camp was great also.

    Mosquitoes!

    6SebastianPosted on: 4-27-2023

    Some nice food.

Mixed staff, some were very nice, others very rude, never really felt people were accommodating to guests, tendency to be nicer and more accommodating to foreigners. We even tested and confirmed it.

Great hotel, very nice pools for kids. Our kids loved the star camp too. Beach was ok, food was good.

    9HanPosted on: 1-19-2023

What a great property! Truly a paradise.

Dinner restaurants did not impress me. Dinner menus needs to be better, food needs to be better. Breakfast and lunch buffets were decent.

    9AlbaPosted on: 10-6-2022

    The bufett was excelent

At the other restaurants( under the seas ) the food was serve cold and we saw a little animal like a racoon on top celing where they were making the pizza ?

Location was good, not too far from the airport. Property was large, spacious. The beach was very nice and the water was amazing. All of the pools, that were open, were amazing. .

Communication of events was lacking. Much of the property was under renovation/construction through out the stay. Dining hours were odd and inconsistent from restaurant to restaurant. Even though "all inclusive" the drink options were limited. Upgraded options were available for a fee. Lindo building had no elevators
