Bed was not super comfortable, sheets were low-quality. Food and service was only so-so. They don't provide sunscreen and the cheaper sunscreen they sell in the store doesn't actually work.

The room was very nice and the hotel was quiet and pleasant.

This was our first time at an all-inclusive and we were naive about the term. Tipping was expected constantly by all staff, and because we weren't great about it, our level of service steadily decreased. You should expect to give out tons of tips.

Loved master suite overlooking the ocean. Very clean and comfortable. Great bed linens. Huge balcony with cushioned chairs; wonderful spot overlooking the ocean. When we were there, the ocean water was beautiful. NOT a party resort. Service great!

All-inclusive food gets old after a few days, quality is good not great. Heaven bar and taco Tuesday had the best food.But service always good and restaurants are both attractive. People looking for entertainment should look elsewhere, a low key place.

Quiet and clean. We liked the adult only pool, and the drinks were good.

The breakfast is not great.

The pools were warm. Many hotels in Mexico do not heat their pools. These pools were all really nice to be in. The beach was wide with little to no rocks or sea weed. Extensive beach bar menu that was fabulous as well as the liquor selection and the staff

Last resort at the end of a private road. $12 cab fare to get to Puerto Morelos and another $12 to get back to the resort.

The food and service and room.

I think they should have a dessert/snack place. More good options. And make the hot tubs hot. Other than that we loved it!

Each person working at this property was hospitable. We were well attended, whether we were at dinner or sitting under an umbrella close to the water. The room was large & comfy. It was everything we needed and more. Hope to return!

Th staff, the cleanliness, the attentiveness of everyone at the resort made this an amazing stay. The rooms are a great size and were immaculate. It was nice have a refreshed mini bar every day with snacks and water / drinks etc. Loved the pool and beach.

The only negative is that it¿s very quiet after ~9:30 pm. While I enjoyed the peacefulness of the resort it is nice to have some evening entertainment and this area is lacking.

My time at Grand Residences in Puerto Morelos was amazing. No matter what staff member you are interacting with they all give you the same respect and curtesy, they make you feel like you're at home. The rooms were very clean and well maintained.

Small, not crowded. Staff was great! Suite was very comfortable and well appointed. Food was very good. Easy to get places by pool and beach.

Beach is a little rocky. Lots of construction noise during the day.

The hot water took a long time to get to our room on the fourth floor.I wish there was a space like a living room for families to hang out together.

Huge highlight was the on site restaurants for dinner! Rooms were large and clean. Our stay in early May 2025 was especially easy and relaxing because the resort was only about half full.

Not the fault of the property, but the sargassum was thick enough that you couldn’t swim in the ocean, but staff kept it clear enough that it was still nice to sit on the beach and enjoy the view and beach drink service. The exhaustive rules about getting pool or beach chairs felt pretty silly considering there were mostly completely open chairs because it was so uncrowded during our visit.

Great family resort with everything you need in a compact space that does not feel small. Especially excellent kids club thanks to Yvonne and Mary - my kids (7 and 9) begged to go back this year and cried when we left.

If you want a full-on, all inclusive, resort hotel, then this is a good, if pricey option. We had a junior suite right on the beach, and the room and facilities couldn't have been better. The room had a huge, very comfortable bed. Good bathroom (with spa bath!), and a little kitchenette with a well stocked fridge.Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our package came with a personal concierge and free airport transfers, which was very useful. There are two decent restaurants on site and 24/7 room service. Lovely beach.

The marketing attempts! Most of the apartments in the resort are timeshares, and there is a bit of pressure to get you to attend a marketing presentation. The resort also lacks a decent bar area for pre or post dinner drinks - the only option is the soulless lobby bar. Quite expensive and a lot of tipping.
