Air conditioning worked well

Location was down a dark dead end street , lots of trash broken down cars, It did not feel safe at all Breakfast was ok Cereal, toast and a small fruit plate , coffee was good Staff tried to get us to pay for room after we had already paid

nothing, left after 2 days out of nine.

no hot water, shower nozzle spraying water all over, wifi only close to the office. this is a 1 star hotel.was promised a refund, never got one and booking.com was no help.Never again

It’s close to the airport

My gold necklace was stolen. I left it in the room by accident and my husband called right away. Spoke with a woman at the front desk who said they found it. She took down our info and said it would be there for pickup. When my husband went to pick it up they lied and said no one found a necklace and no one had it.

Staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Good budget hotel. Little shop and restaurant near by.

Beds were not very comfortable. Noisy at night.

This should be listed as a budget accommodation with a lower price point.

The WIFFI was not working at all! This is a HUGE deal when travelling and expecting to be able to use WIFFI. What made it worse is that they would not acknowledge the WIFFI didn't work in the rooms. The staff just kept saying there is WIFFI and you just have to keep trying.

For a one day stay where no facilities are expected, this location is ok. Location is near Mercado 28.

Room were not as per what is shown in the site. No hot water, no fridge or microwave, shower was leaking, flush was not working, no towels.

Take a shower is impossible, water is only leaking - there is no pressure

Terrace, some of the stuff was very friendly.

There was lots of mold everywhere, which u could smell in the air.There is fotball table and bilard table but balls are not avaliable.Tv is in the room but there is not Internet connection. To use WiFi u need to go downstairs to the ground floor.

We needed to spend our first night in Cancún after the flight before starting to travel around and this hotel was great for that. It is close to the airport and it has parking. The staff was very nice and the room was very big and comfortable

It would be nice to add some more options for breakfast but we are aware of how cheap it was, so we don't have any complains

To be honest everything is bad in that hotel

The room is smelly and noisy in the middle of the "restaurant", they refused to give us the invoice, we have been asking for it for more than 2 weeks and they haven't sent it to us . The breakfast is just some fruit with bread and jam, if you order eggs it has an extra cost.

A quiet area. Good to have a good relaxing and sleep.

The coverage of the WiFi signal was very poor.So, I had to get out of my room to have WiFi reception on my devices.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, the hotel was located in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants,grocery stores and las palapas park.

Room have good taste nice pool and near the beach. I like the store in the entrance

The floor was compleatly wet and humid all the time, in that price class it should have a Gym, and there was no hook to hang wet towels or cloths

The smell in the room was not fresh, but more closed upBreakfast was minimum, toast and cereal - maybe add yoghurt and hard boiled eggs or ham and cheese? $50USD is too expensive. It is more of a $30USD stay based on room alone. We never did use any other facilities. Very small windows in the room with no screens, so we didn't feel comfortable to open them for fresh air.

Kind of noicy the room, the pool is way smaller then it looks in the pictures. There is no place to hang the towels, breakfast is sold out if you get there after 9.. the first day we, didn't have warm water and the staff told us all is fine till next day when another person told us there is an electric failure
