    Pros +

    • Kids have blast
    • The water park was fantastic.
    • Excellent service and high quality!

    Cons -

    • Very less vegetarian option. On request chef helped us
    • Everything else besides the water park was just ok. Definitely not worth the money. The swim up rooms are ok if you spend all your time in the room otherwise there isn't general pool to hang out in if you want to just swim and not be at the water park.
    • The beach area is practically non existent (we already knew that, but is good to be aware). Food options in the water park are far from what is available on hotel grounds. The best hotel restaurants only open for dinner (having Piazza Tavola / Good Burguer opened in alternate days during lunch would make a huge difference). The entertainment activities on park / hotel grounds seemed focused on young kids (< 4 years old) and would be nice to have activities divided by age group (my impression it that the hotel/park already have the headcount to do so, it's a matter of organizing different activities). Absurdly overpriced merchandise (higher than Disney's), hotel / park extras (cabanas, steak restaurant, character dinner) cost seemed very unreasonable in an all inclusive Resort and reflects on low occupancy that we observed during our stay (my personal impression is that lower prices might increase overall revenue since I saw very few people using them / purchasing merchandise). The pool bar in front our room was closed for maintenance during 90% of our stay (we had to walk to the other side of the hotel to get drinks).

Rooms are new, well maintained and comfortable. The pool level room allowed us to reach hotel pool and bars straight from our room balcony. Food was amazing and we loved all the hotel restaurants (can't say the same from the restaurants / snack bars in the water park). Drinks / alcoholic options in general are good but there's room for improvement. Hotel and park are amazingly well maintained and cleaned. Water Park occupancy was great during all our stay (no lines at all!) and there are fun attractions to all ages! Lots of scheduled character encounters along the day.

The staff were great, Ioved the character breakfast!

Food was not good at all, cold and no flavor not to many options! They charge you for almost everything, pool in the room was super cold!

The waterpark was nice but definitely just do a day pass if anything

I did not like the shuttles everywhere, they are not always available and having to wait. They should have golf carts going at every moment for the money i paid. Everyone did not speak English and that was frustrating, the food was horrible and why do i have to pay for anything at an ALL INCLUSIVE RESORT????

    10KhaliaPosted on: 12-31-2025

Everything at the Nickelodeon Resort is fun & 100 percent kid friendly my family & i had an amazing time and experience. We are looking forward to come back next year.

The resort food could have been better but honestly its like any other resort food. & The gift Shop is extremely expensive i wasn’t able to afford anything to take home from the gift shop due to Very High Pricing.

"The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. A special thanks to [Astrid in the shop & Alex in Piaza restaurant ] who were always friendly and helpful .Our room was clean, well-equipped, and the balcony offered a perfect view. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. This was truly an excellent resort experience. The combination of the stunning location, great amenities, many of an awesome kids activities and outstanding service made it a trip we won't forget and highly recommend to others." Overall this the best kids friendly resort to stay in??

Very clean, family friendly, the food was great. The water park is amazing. Staff friendly and ready to solve any situations you have.

Just how distant the rooms are from the rest of the other activities. However the shuttle system runs smoothly and we never had to wait more than 5 min. The store and extra actives are very overpriced.

    9BogdanPosted on: 10-21-2025

    The hotel and the amenities.

The distance between the reception and hotel. The breakfast buffet (Le Spatula) should’ve been in the hotel. There should have been more transportation between the park/ reception and hotel.

    7NicolasPosted on: 10-3-2025

It was clean and spaces were mostly comfortable. The staff is great and problem-solving.

Too expensive for what you get. Everything is extra cost and what you get for the price of the hotel won't give you THE experience. Prices are astronomical and way above reasonable value. The foldable bed was horribly uncomfortable which is for example not even imaginable for such an expensive place.

The restaurants were better than expected for an all-inclusive. There was something always available to eat, and room service is also 24/7 with exceptional service. Everything from the shuttle service, the swim out pool, the characters, etc exceeded our expectations. Will definitely return!

The entryway to the bedroom is quite narrow, especially if travelling with small children and using stroller. However, we were able to look past that as the room itself was spacious enough for our young family.

    7SelinOzerUsPosted on: 9-12-2025

The pool deck was an awesome addition to the room. Every day, the staff cleaned the room and gave us clean towels.

The food was not good. I mean not that "we can not eat this, level of bad" but "definitely it should have been better compared to these kinds of hotels"

    The property theme was great!

The staff isnt very eager to help, they make you feel like a burden. The photos with the characters are rushed, one of the main resons why we booked that hotel was for the kids to interact with the characters . You can pay for a character breakfast that would cost around $700 for a family of five. I paid $70-80 to get a picture of my family being slimmed and never received the picture and customer service didnt offer a link. Waiter at by the name of Ricardo was rude and purposely left our food out to get cold. Oh and the rooms have a strong smell of urine.

The food, the staff, the cleanliness

    6PatriciaPosted on: 8-4-2025

I like most of it and the customer service was good.

I didn't like there was almost no food choices for babies. I traveled with my 6 years old and my 13 months old baby and my baby eat during the whole week spaghetti and meatballs. There was not other things available for my baby. It was kind of frustrating that my baby didn't had much choices. The Hawaiian party was a disaster almost 1:20 hour waiting for mashed potatoes and mac and cheese and the mac and cheese never came. We ended up going to the main lobby to eat spaghetti and meatballs again. I have been in top hotels in the US where i live and not even in the Disney parks I have paid 10 dollars for a red bull. I had to paid 27 dollars for an antidiarrhea for my son who ended up with stomach aid after eating for a whole week spaghetti and meatballs

Amazing water park, super kid-friendly, really thought out spaces and facilities to accomodate kids, my daughters (5 and 7 years old) had the time of their lives at Aqua Nick - even the little lounge thwy had in the lobby was a safe space for them while we checked in. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was great, amazing breakfast buffet, and a lot of options to eat at the water park without stopping the fun. Transfers from lobby to bedrooms and back was fast and cool (air conditioned vans) which was a nice bonis due to the intense heat.

The beach was unusable, not only due to the sargazo (brown algae covering the entire beach), but due to it being tiny and having a small "mountain" of sand separating the ocean front from the hotel - i guess put there to keep the algae from gathering in front of the sea-side restaurant in the hotel bedroom area.

Nice rooms. Food is good. Staff were nice.

Wasn’t much I didn’t like. It was good for my 8 year old. She loved it.
