Beach is terrible!!!! You can¿t swim

The room upgrade

The hotel is old overall and lacks maintenance on the outside especially on the hotel entry. The ocean was impossible to go in into because of all the sargassum.

Very small pool. All the food was in the lower end resort next-door. Except for Rosewater Café.

Beach and small pool. Poor food.

Only the room that was very comfortable

Except the room the rest of the hotel it was so bad, the food not good, the buffet at scaret Park was twice better than in the hotel, the secrets guest almost doesn’t have amenities compare with others secrets hotel like secrets moxche, the beach is terrible and the hotel almost doesn’t have enough swimming pool,even more that is share with the breathless guest.

The pool staff were very nice and the rosewater restaurant was excellent.

Pool area and pool was very small. Beach was not nice.

All of the staff members were incredible! The facilities were clean and updated and very serene on the Secrets side. The seafood offered was delicious

The quality of the tequila used in the margaritas gave me a migraine and the steak was questionable at the steak restaurant

Beautiful view from room and great balance of romance and party

There are a lot of hidden extras that you have to pay for. For example shop and spa and tours/taxis are expensive

The room was comfortable, the hotel was not crowded, the Preffered room is nice.

the Italian restaurant where the Service was ver slow and the food was terrible. The Lack of a/c or fan in the Rosewater restaurant, it make uncomfortable to enjoy the food. The breakfast Buffet at Spoon was very poor and lacking of Basic things. The entretainment could be better.

The staff was amazing, really made you feel at home. Mar and Edwin, our pool always had a warm welcome, smile and a cold drink. Baily and Fabian our pool concierges were fantastic and really made our stay exceptional. Rosewater was our go to for most meals, David and our other morning servers and staff were the best way to start your day. Luis the night manager and his staff were absolutely incredible!! And Luis in the preferred lounge rounded out our fantastic experience!

The seaweed, but that's mother nature and all the other pluses sort of outway that.

The grounds were kept pretty clean

There were no activities to do other than sit at a pool and drink. This is a party resort.

The atmosphere was nice, the French restaurant was amazing, the room was clean and a nice size, the bed was comfortable.

The buffet was not good, the entertainment was not good, the beach was gross for swimming too much debris, room service was very slow as well as bar service. The price is too high for what they have here to offer.

Facilities is good, weather excellent, music fantastic

Great location, only 20 mins from the airport. The landscaping and decor was beautiful. The food and drinks were delicious. We had access to all of the Breathless amenities.

The water in the shower smelled like sewage.The pillows were hard.The tub on the balcony was dirty with bugs in it, we asked housekeeping to clean it but they never did.The ironing boards were half size and only about 3 feet tall.

Thank you for catering and attention to us.Even with the pandemic that we are going through the hotel was very well kept and excellent quality. The staff was always smiling and catering to us. Special thanks to isabel, who was extremelly attentive to us. Also thanks to Miguel, Victor, Mariel, my friend Arturo, Sergio, Manuel, Urbano, Eduardo, Cruz, chef Ezequiel, Julio. Apologies if anyone was left out but all the staff at secret was amazing . This was our second time and will deft be returning soon.

Great Service from A-Z. The food was remarkable and with the entertainment by Breathless next door it was heaven on earth!
